Great trendy place in Frankston right opposite the Train station. Try the Eeny Benny - delicious eggs benedict on a potato waffle. Staff friendly and helpful, chai was great and not too sweet. Nice courtyard area out the back (protected from the weather and heated)

Couldn't fault anything! Asked for crispy bacon, got it. Persian eggs were creamy and moist. Great coffee.
