The team at Schnitz go above and beyond with excellent service and outstanding food. Beth was awesome checking in on how our meal was, and her genuine care for the guest experience was nothing short of fantastic! Schnitz is a must-visit restaurant at Bayside.
Restaurant spotless, tables obviously been wiped staff wearing gloves and masks. This is the first time I have been asked to show my vaccination certificate anywhere in ages. Good to see someone is following covid control suggestions. Staff very friendly and efficient. The food was GREAT chips are to die for. Highly recommend this venue.
Excellent customer service! Ordered a meal take-away last week, but had a hiccup and dropped my drink in the store. The team members were incredibly understanding and friendly. Several times they asked me if I was alright, ensuring that I wasn't hurt, and after cleaning up the mess I created, they even replaced my drink free of charge.
