So good we went back twice more! The free bus from the Gold Coast is perfect, as is the Tourism Lounge. Great bargains to be had, and shop staff were happy to point us to other stores if they couldn't help us.
Nonna's does the best food, with Dom Dom's service there a highlight.
We love Harbour Town! Particularly during the winter when the sun is shining, and you can walk between the shops in the gorgeous sun lit days.
We particularly like the bargains at the Nike shop on Sundays, awesome savings!
Had a lovely coffee at Crema Expresso which was delicious.

Enjoyed a great Merlo flat white at Harbour Town this afternoon. Double shot gave me the hit I was after & the coffee had good smooth flavors, without any bitterness. Happy attentive staff
My wife and I have been on holidays on the Gold Coast, we both really wanted to check out Nonna’s and came for a date night. Had a fantastic experience. Got nachos, buffalo wings and calamari. Everything was excellent and the service was polite, fun and very friendly. They made a relaxed environment with live music in the background. Fantastic.
On a recent trip to Oz from NZ, we were doing a walk by, trying to decide which eatery to lunch at, a staff member was passing out samples for the BBQ Chicken pizza, it was yummy. We sat inside, 4 adults and 2 children. Staff were very friendly, the food we all had was awesome. Children's meals went down very well, especially dessert topped with candyfloss!
Very busy place with over 15 staff working fast and efficiently. It was like a well oiled machine. Very well managed. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience and highly recommend it.
Very generous servings which are full of flavour. Nicely decorated restaurant with gray customer service. Wait time was about 15mins for the meals. Highly recommend trying them out.

Massive menu, nice atmosphere and lovely, attentive staff. Portion sizes large but prices reflect this. Risotto not al dente but enjoyable anyway. They don't really offer dessert options - but you probably won't have room for it anyway! We really enjoyed it here.
We visited for some dinner. It was a ginormous menu and I had a hard time deciding what to get.
The food was yummy but the meal was too big for me I couldn't eat it all.
The service was great and it was super busy.

This was a simmered tomato chilli sauce . It was still nice . The server heard I wasn't exactly excited and offered to help in anyway she could . She then sent her manager over who was checking to see if I liked it . I gave my opinion and he wanted to offer me another dish or do anything to make me happy . Although I refused I was really impressed they cared so much of their diners views . They didn't judge me and have been really good with service . I didn't have to wait for drinks they were busy but always checked on me (even before my comment). The cheesy garlic bread was nice . My daughters nuggets were piping hot . They had colouring sheets and pencils for the kids menus which my daughter loved . Staff seemed happy not depressed like you see in some restaurants. The BBQ pizza I sampled originally was amazing so I'll order that next time.
Tried this place the other day. Good attentive service by the staff. I had the worlds best burger and if was good. Loved the cheese but maybe some salad thrown in.
My mate had the carbonara and enjoyed that including the portion size.
Chips were crispy and combed well and we ordered the gravy and great to see a good portion of gravy to accompany the chips.
Best Mediterranean salad in town. Seafood basket was tasty and servings generous but service slow despite few customers about. We felt neglected by having to wait too long for the menus which never came, and the male at the counter totally ignored us when we went to pay. We had to go to a different counter where a friendlier female staff processed our bill.
This place has really good food, but I found that the staff weren't as attentive as I have experienced in other restaurants. For example, when we were shown to our table, we were told we would be brought menus in a minute, but five minutes later we had to get up and find them ourselves.
Aside from that small hiccup the only negative was the speaker system, through which I could only hear hi-hats and cymbals, as well as heavily muffled vocals. For non-musicians, this wouldn't be noticeable, but it ground my gears a bit. I understand that the music needs to be balanced in a way to allow for conversation, but surely there could be a better compromise than this?
Wow I completely didn't intend to rant that much over such a minor issue, but honestly those were the only problems I had with this place. The serving sizes were generous, the food was extremely tasty (especially the Mediterranean salad - highly recommend getting it), and I had a pretty good time.
Could not fault this place. Friendly staff, lovely relaxing atmosphere with chill out music. The food was delicious too, generous and you can get a take away box if you can't finish it all, which we did utilise. Highly recommend this restaurant at Harbour Town Gold Coast.
We ate here whilst on holiday in the area. Very good pizza but the service was pretty slow. Our drinks were empty for a while before someone came round to ask if we wanted another one. Such a shame as the food was nice.
After trying Italian Pastas at various places in Queensland, I would say that Nonna's Alfredo Pasta is "One of the Best". Authentic taste & the lovely staff here is amazing. Spectacular service, & my utmost gratitude for the outstanding hospitality shown by Sam. Her welcome & customer service is above & beyond. *****Highly Recommended*****
