How do you rate a shop that is just plain and simply an old fashioned, suburban takeaway. Really highly. Nothing fancy, great burgers and fish n chips. I ordered online and when I arrived there was about 15 people waiting, when I left with my order there was still around 15 people waiting. All local, line moved fast and the service was great.
Pretty standard fish and chip shop food, cooked really well. Great calamari and really good crispy chips. The guy at the counter was excellent and the food came out quickly. We'll definitely be back.
Excellent Chipper!! Best in Brisbane. Great reasonable prices and huge portions. The decor has a little to be desired but hey, thats why its a take away! 😝 Coleslaws a must try as well.
Good old fashioned burgers, fish and chips...... Love this place - we drive from Paddington, after placing a phone order. Their burgers, fish, chips and potato scallops are always good. Like the ones we used to get as kids in the 70s and 80s - yum!
I hate this place on Monday nights - they're closed!

Rub a dub dub come in and get some grub. Good ol fish an chips, chip servings big enough for the kahuna.
They do their own tasty batter, big burgers and probably the best battered Sav in SEQLD.
Great customer service. I ordered through Doordash and one order was missing. So I immediately called the shop and they were apologetic. Since I can't pick it up, they sent one of their staff to deliver the missing item to my home. Ordered the Christies Pack - fish is firm and tasty. Not a fan of the seafood stick but the rest of the items in the pack are tasty. Though fries can be improved to avoid getting soggy.
Ordered through Doordash. Seafood was really good. Enjoyed fish, calamari, prawn cutlets and chips. They forgot the tartare sauce with the order but that was the only negative. Definitely order from there again.
The nicest fish and chips I have found so far since moving to Brisbane. Undercover outdoor sitting area available for a quick lunch.
