Great place, nice view, Patrick the owner was awesome. But I heard it may have been sold now??. Good coffee excellent service fresh muffins

This is our "local" coffee place... we head there almost every day. Cannot rate this place highly enough - all the staff are wonderful, they make every effort (and often go over and above) to accomodate my complex dietary needs and never make me feel like it is a chore. Great coffee and the dog is welcome too!
