I was so fortunate to be taken to Tinto for my birthday. This was a most memorable meal! The service was exemplary and the food was sublime. I'm still dreaming of eating the anchovies on bread fried in duck fat with hay-smoked butter. A must for anyone dining in. This restaurant is busy but deserves to be even more so, every dish was perfect. Thoroughly recommended (if you couldn't tell...)
An excellent high quality restaurant with specialised staff and a menu to return for , as a Queenslander visiting for Melbourne wine and food week. Obviously we left the best to our last! Absolutely superb and full of surprise.
