My rating is mostly for the pizza base! I always like their deep dish pizza, and that's the main reason why I eat here. However, I personnally choose to keep the topping simple, as they don't taste really nice 🤔. Anywayy, service was great and they keep the place clean and tidy 👍.

I ordered 25 pizzas for an event. Staff was super friendly and went through the order with me to make sure everything was good. Pizza arrived on time and everyone was happy. Can't ask for more I reckon :)

It's hard to say no when the pizza is good value for money, especially when ordering one of classics! Margharitaville is AHmazing!! The staff were friendly and hardly any wait time!!

Cheap pizza deal is even better (but it's still cheap pizza). I've been on a Pizza Hit jag for the past few months because the chain has been offering a 2-for-$10 deal on Tuesdays. A pair of regular size pies with basic toppings for $5 apiece? Bargain city! Hut 'zas are not super-high quality, but they make good snacks when I put them (minus whatever I eat on purchase night) in a big Tupperware box in my fridge and reheat slices over the course of a week. I hopped off the 16 tram here one Tuesday night and discovered that deal was gone, though. It was replaced by a slightly better one -- regular pizza with average toppings for $4.95, any day of the week. Oddly, though, this makes me less desirous of buying them. To my psychology, it seemed like a special occasion when it was 2-for-$10 on Tuesdays only, like I was going out to hunt a rare prize. Now that I can get that price any time, I'm all "Meh" about it. My Pizza Huttin' days are done.

For a chain, Pizza Hut's stuff is not bad. I prefer the thick crust because it's more filling. Compared to Domino's or other mass-market brands, that crust has character instead of flat chewiness. However, weeks of eating Hutzza have reinforced what a white flour experience it is. The amount of mozzarella on anything but the plain cheese pizzas is skimpy compared to what Hut piles on in America. With the plain cheese, there's enough gooey stuff that is slides off the cuts where the pizza is sliced and sticks to the cardboard pad underneath. I always peel those bits off and eat them, but I ingest a bit of paper product every time I obsessively do so, and I'm about over that. I like the flavour of this chain's pepperoni slices, and the way they get slightly burned around the edges from top-browning heat in the Hut's mechanical moving-floor oven system. This branch of the Hut is not as generous with the pepperoni as others in the chain, though.

Anyway, I reckon I'm done with the Hut. Buying two pizzas and always having some in the fridge was fun while it lasted. But you've chased me away with your low prices, Hutters. It's time for me to start sampling more of Melbourne's stand-alone pizzerias, or more likely, get back into making my own pizzas from scratch at home. I'm a good cook; the only reason I eat out so much is because I enjoy novelty.

I ordered a pizza from America to my friend in Australia; it worked perfectly and the delivery man followed my directions to say "Happy Birthday" to the pizza recipient. I heard that it tasted excellent.

I am eating the BBQ Pizza with the cheese crust, the quality is perfect for the price and the service is incredible, super friendly, hard workers and they never say no to take an order even when is 10 minutes before closing.
