Went on a Sat night, the place was buzzing, the atmosphere was great, but the food......that was amazing, definite value for money, and very affordable high quality food. Great Job

I used to walk down to spinners once a week for a whole year and I loved their service, food, attitude, and they were really friendly!!
The food here is actually very good quality and value for money, the souvlaki is delicious and there is plenty of options with size and fillings. The chips are outstanding as are the chicken fillet and schniztel burgers. Service here is friendly and efficient and I've never had a problem with anything here during my numerous visits as a local. Highly recommended.

Great stuff, friendly peope, but even nicer food, food was large and cooked well. Would 100% recomend for anyone who is hungry or not hungry.
What a gem! Decided to go for a Sunday drive and have a lazy lunch, saw the reviews and decided to give it a go. We ordered the mega grazer platter between the two of us and we weren’t disappointed, lamb, chicken, kransky, pita, dips and salad, all done to perfection. Will definitely be back for more!
Great casual eatery in Healesville and one of the better Greek restaurants I've been to in and around Melbourne! Reasonable prices too. The chips are bloody amazing by the way!!!!
Delicious chips and good serving size for the mini souvlaki but our food took over an hour to come out and all at once even though we asked for the dips to come out first.

I have frequented many Greek resteraunts in Oakleigh and even sampled the best Greece had to offer in their homeland. Spinners in Healesville is doing authentic Greek food with some Austalian influences and 100% on point.
Lamb isn't readily available in Greece so they substitute lamb for pork. Spinners have both and neither is dry or too salty to cover for below par meats. Chips are fluffy potato and centre and light brown crisp outside revealing clean oils in vats. The platter is big and adorned in olives, cured peppers and eggpant with dips and again generous in meats. Everywhere you look is clean and the service was A1. This place is more authentic than Greece (if that's possible) and hands down better than anything you can get in the Melbourne Greek hub Oakleigh.
Book with friends if you're local and definitely stop here for lunch or dinner if you're going through.
I don't rate 5 stars lightly but if you enjoy food and the experience it brings, go to Spinners.
Wow, the food here is delicious! Fresh and cooked to order, staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The GSP was stunning, meat tasted so good. Great wine selection too. We will be back!

The chips and Greek chicken were tasty. The chicken was tastier than the mix one.
However, the pita bread was too greasy.
The price was a little high.

We regularly order takeaway from Spinners, always the same and it’s always great quality. They are always flat out so we make sure to call ahead and they tell us how long we will need to wait. Tonight was no exception and they were super busy, in the midst of getting abused by a rude customer they accidentally forgot to pack our second onion rings. As someone who’s previously worked in hospitality I know how easy a mistake like this can be made so we just called up after we’d finished the rest of our meals and they offered for us to come and grab some fresh ones. When we got home not only was there fresh onion rings but also our original onion rings they’d forgotten AND some complimentary cakes. We are never disappointed by the food and how above and beyond you go for the customers, we know it’s well worth the wait too!
My partner and I got the open mixed gyrios and it was very delicious. We definitely felt that the lamb had more flavour and was seasoned better then the chicken. In the future I'd just get lamb but that's just my personal preference.
Very good portion sizes - very generous. We shared this between the two of us and it was more than enough. We asked to add in the olives and they did this for free.
Service was a little bit slow but the taste of the food and the lovely staff made up for this. We would definitely come here again the next time we are up in the Yarra valley
Just discussing with family members again. Spinner’s make the best Souvlaki / Kebabs we’ve ever had. Jnr here says the record show that the Five Star system does not do Spinner’s justice. Six Stars are required.
If you eat here and are complaining the problem is not Spinner’s tucker, its you.
