Had light breakfast in here. With scrumble eggs and sausage with bread. 😊😊Was good. Coffee was ok. ☕️Nice and calm place. 👍Good service👍👍
After visiting the maroondah dam yesterday my sister and I were starving. So we came here for some breakfast for lunch 😂 I got the big breakfast as per usual and my sister got the smashed avocado. The food come out quite fast and I was quite full once I finished. I really liked the mushrooms, bacon and baked beans 😊
Food was pretty decent, not spectacular but pretty all right. I like how they use real butter on their bread. The staff were very friendly.
My only real disappointments were the orange juice was really overpriced and the sausage should definitely be replaced with something a little fancier, e.g. chorizo, or something like that.
What a pleasant surprise! I wasn't expecting much based on the previous reviews but a friend wanted the Grilled Barramundi on their specials board so we agreed to try it.
The service very courteous, I was incredibly impressed when one of the young male wait staff noticed an elderly lady with a walking frame approaching the door and went over and held the door open for her.
You don't see enough of that any more!
The coffee was good, we had a latte and long black.
I had the linguini with bacon, avocado and chicken.
Flavor was on point, could have done with a little more avocado but otherwise excellent.
Friends had the Chicken BLT and the special Grilled Barramundi on rice. Everyone was very pleased.
Overall, Eludae was excellent. We'd happily come again next time we're up here.
A great cafe! We have been travelling to Healesville over the last 4 yrs to have lunch at this cafe on my husbands day off.. Have always had good quality meals we often get the blt, sumptuous platter or there amazing risotto, staff are lovely and service is always good..can always guarantee a good meal here.. Keep up the good work
We tried this cafe today. I took my two dogs with me as we often do a Sunday walk and coffee on the way back. Our usual place was packed so we tried here. The coffee was hot and very good. The eggs and toast were delish hot tasty and generous portions.
No water bowls for doggies though and there could be better service for those seated outdoors . No teaspoon to stir in my sweetener to my coffee.
However still a good experience and we'll go back!
Breakfast was very good. Nice breakfast which is served until later in the afternoon. Service is a little slow even though it wasn't that busy. But very happy and will return when I'm back in the area.
Very nice. Very impressed with the quality of ingredients and the value for money. Plus you can have breakfast at 2pm. I can recommend the "breakfast stack" which had a great portion of quality smoked salmon, and two perfectly poached eggs. Watching another table saw some awesome pancakes as well. The interior may seem underwhelming but the food is more than worth the visit.

Hidden gem. A group of us went to Eludae to welcome an American friend. There were 20 in the group and some required allergy free food. Eludae had a range that suited everyone.
The decor is simple but modern with silver walls and maroon modern paintings.
Although the venue was small every table was filled and people also came in to take away food.
The wait staff were attentive and the food was the right quantity and very tasty. Everyone in the group was pleased with what they ordered. Some did not have room for dessert, so they took it away with them, packaged very nicely.l
If I lived closer to Healesville, I woul definately return here.
The menu might look rather simple but the portions were generous and the taste was absolutely delicious. Brunch was an "all day breakfast" for me, and it was so satisfying right until dinner. Friend had the seafood linguine and it too was satisfying in the most positive way. Enjoyed the warmth of roaring busy kitchen, the friendliness of the staffs and the lovely food. It was a little bit pricey, but I guess that's what you get from a small touristic town.
Great food and good coffee and juices. The coffee mug is small compared to many other cafes and there was a fatty smell inside which you would expect in a fish n chip shop. Overall good though and service was fine. Huge muffins!
One of the nicest meals we've had when eating out.
Chicken and mango salad with a side of saffron rice. delicious and value for money too.
