We got takeaway from here the other night and interestingly it’s probably the closest Thai place to us and we’d never actually tried it before. A shame too as I found my beef pad see ew to be rather delicious. They make their version with onion which I personally don’t like so next time I would request without but otherwise it was quite flavoursome
Even though Thai food isn't usually my cuisine of choice, I am eating my words now. I came here as per a recommendation by mum and her friends and was pleasantly surprised. Loved the decor and friendly service offered, but the curry puffs and roti are definite crowd pleasers. Enjoyed the massamun beef curry as a main; this is a gem Heathmont has to offer.
Located in Heathmont, the DISH is a great Thai restaurant that has been open quite some time, but has only recently changed hands. DISH stands for Discover Inspired Scrumptious Home-made cuisine, as per the back of the menu.
The interior is simple and elegant with a lot of unique custom art pieces specially designed for the restaurant.
The dining room is spacious, with smaller tables that fit together to allow for both smaller and larger groups.
The staff were very friendly while the service was quick and efficient. The DISH also offers takeaway and will deliver to the surrounding suburbs.

Went for dinner with friends and chose the Banquet A for $28.00. Good value for money - we each had our own platter of 4 different entrees and then shared 4 main meals and steamed rice. The main meals were all good sized portions and plenty for 4 of us to share. Out of the 4 meals the Massamun Beef and Red Curry Chicken were the tastiest. Ice cream and a choice of jasmine or green tea followed. I didn't have the tea but everyone said the green tea didn't taste very good.
Decor of restaurant is modern and inviting - will definitely be back as overall experience was great.
We went here when they first opened. Delicious. We had chicken skewers and one of the fish curry dishes. The food was sensational. So pleased to see this open up in Heathmont. Looking forward to revisiting soon!
Great new eating option in Heathmont. GF options are clearly marked on the menu which makes ordering simple. Every dish I have tried at this restaurant has been very tasty. Love the stir-frys. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some tables are a bit too close to each other.
Had take away from here a few times. Quick and delicious. Great pad thai and an awesome beef massamun! Super tender meat and moorish gravy. The roti is good too.
Brand new lovely modern Thai restaurant with great service and great food. We had a lovely experience!! All our dishes were packed with flavour. Will definitely go back!!
Ooh first review. Feel so special. Awesome to see a new local thai joint in the area. Great food and friendly staff. The chili has a kick and the curries are packed with flavour. Even the good old pad thai was a highlight with plump prawns. Satay sauce was on point. Will definitely be back!
The best Thai food, the food and size of serving is excellent. Love the red curry and spicy basil with chicken also very Friendly staff. Highly recommend to visit and enjoy some nice Thai food.
The vegetarian Thai food options we ordered were great. Everything had its own unique flavours. The people were very friendly too and the decor of the place is lovely and very inviting.
In a group of 11 so not always easy for staff serving the group. Staff were pleasant and very patient and food was delicious. My first visit but will not be my last. Great night...thank you to the staff.
Got an Uber eats delivery here, awesome pad Thai. Perfect amount of nuts, generous amount of chicken and really large serving , awesome value for money. Would definitely recommend.
First time coming here and it’s just amazing will be coming here again. Will bring as many friends as possible the food is just awesome.
