Beautiful crust and base, the freshest ingredients.....the smell is totally to die for. You absolutely need to try one of these pizzas. You won't be disappointed ������

delicious no-fuss toppings, super friendly staff, and can we talk about the gluten free bases? This place has nailed it. I expected the usual gummy cardboard, but these guys have worked some serious magic. Perfect, perfect flavour and texture.

Got these guys on uber the other night. We were pretty happy with everything! Good to have a good woodfired pizza in the area. Will order again or maybe go in to get the real experience.
I came to Pizza 72 for the first time on Friday 31st May after finding it on this app! The menu was appealing and just what my friend and I were craving, so we thought why not?? Thank goodness we made this decision! The food was amazing! We both ordered gnocchi dishes, with a side salad that was fresh and dressed well. Despite how busy they were with it being a Friday night, they still managed to get our order and serve us quickly. If you want to eat in, I recommend booking like we did as there are only a few tables (especially on weekends). We will be back 😍
Went with friends and had a great time. Authentic Italian wood fire pizzas are amazing. The dessert pizza is so delicious well worth trying.
Have also had take away which is great. Service is friendly and quick.

We fell in love with Pizza 72 when Vince set up as a pop up at the corner of Burwood Hwy and Springvale Rd. We haven’t been regular since the move to Heathmont and have missed their wood fired pizzas tremendously. Great to be back tonight. Crunchy on the outside, chewy in the middle, fresh ingredients, honest and wonderful cooking. The only thought constantly going through my head whilst eating the pizza tonight was “how I’ve missed you”. One of the gems in the area. We’ll be back often.
Our first time at Pizza 72, but definitely not our last. Relaxed, friendly service and our order was taken in very reasonable time. The spaghetti alla boscaiola was delicious and the pizzas were very authentic with crunchy crust. A very pleasant surprise at the end of our meal - the owner treated us to a pizzetta dolce. It was devine and devoured in minutes. Thanks again.
Ordered takeaway pizza and pasta from here last night. All very satisfying and great quality toppings! Very true to the traditional style, thin wood-fired oven crust (just how i like it). A little bit on the pricier side to order every week (especially the gnocchi which was somewhat of a small serve) but definitely will be back for more.
Wood fire pizza hits different, delicious! Ordered delivery while baby sitting in the area and we loved the pizza, it was on point. Recommend!
We had Pizza 72 come to our house with their mobile pizza oven for a large birthday party. Vince arrived early to get everything set up and then started producing delicious foccacia and pizzas for all our guests. Everyone was very happy with the food. Highly recommend for your next function.

I'm ceoliac and their gluten free base and gnocchi are delicious!
The base is light and fluffy. Couldn't believe it's gluten free!
And the gnocchi was firm and the sauce tasted amazing.

Planning to move to the area and saw this has great reviews. And it 100 percent delivered on all fronts. Pizza and pasta is amazing. The dough on the pizza is fantastic too. Will be back a lot.

Ordered delivery from Pizza 72 during the Melbourne lockdown, and so happy we did.
We ordered directly off their website, but I believe they are signed up with other delivery services too. I found their website easy to use, with photos and available pizzas (with toppings listed) very clear.
You can taste the fresh ingredients used by this company, and the pizza was cooked to perfection. We ordered one Italian pizza, one lasagne, and one serve of polenta chips to share between two of us.
I am so glad that this business is local to me, and wish I had of found them sooner. Authentic, traditional Italian pizza cooked to perfection.
Will definitely be ordering again!
Delicious ingredients and perfectly cooked... Great range and very obliging. Freshness makes all the difference and the pizza base is amazing. Wood firing makes it so much better.
