What can I fault with this place absolutely nothing me and my partner have been coming here for the past 4 years and every time the standard is exceptional the sandwiches are flavoursome and beautifully presented the cakes are all home made and delicious and the scones with home made jam and cream is heaven! I believe by far they're the best scones in Perth!! The service is very friendly the decor has that old country style feel and just makes you feel relaxed in the beautiful Swan Valley � would highly recommend to anyone and I'm sorry the people who don't like this place complaining about food need they're head checked that is all!

Highly recommend the high tea! We had a lovely room to ourselves, the table setting was beautiful and the food was first class. The staff were very attentive and went the extra mile by presenting my Grandma with a posy of flowers for her birthday! Well done Cottage Tea Rooms!!

Thankyou so much!! Absolutely beautiful!! Thoroughly enjoyed the high tea we had today, hands down the best in town!! The flavours are so delicious and balanced perfectly and perfect choice of savoury and sweets. You can definitely taste it is homemade with lots of love...even the jam and cream!! Beautiful warm and homely cottage and the staff were so lovely. Highly recommend!! Will be back for sure xx
