Went to the Surly last night with my friend and we had the most lovely night. The Surly is a lovely place to hang out - very relaxed atmosphere and very relaxed staff coupled with amazing food. We ate salmon pate/salmon gravalax/angus beef and lamb - a testament to local produce, it was high quality food executed brilliantly. I love the location, its like a well kept secret. Great German Riesling on the menu along with other local wines.....Get down there now!
Absolutely beautiful place, great customer serivice, amazing food, and friendly well informed staff, would reccomend to anyone in the area, their food is the best i've ever had.
This was the best meal and service and all round goodness. I can't wait to dine at The surly goat again. We were on a lunch high all day. Thank you Simon and Vanessa your hospitality is top notch.
