First time at the Swan Settlers Market, the food looked and smelled great at Gryphon and we decided to give them a try. . . And we so glad that we did! What a treat! We both had their pulled pork rolls. The meat had a fantastic flavour and texture! And the portion size was really great and filling. The people there are really friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely be making a return visit to try some of their other delicious food😁

Today we had a Breakfast Brisket Muffin and a competition share plate. We swapped the salads for chips as the kids were sharing also. All the meat was delicious and the chips are to die for. Fantastic service and very friendly and helpful staff. We will be back!

Perfectly cooked meat, smokey flavors and the pulled pork was well cooked and the taste was outstanding, the beef brisket was juicy and tender. Must try this place, will definitely visit again. Dining area in and out.
