Must Try if in Hobart! So far the best Greek Restaurant we've been to Australia wide! Fantastic service and delicious flavoursome food. Wish we had discovered this place earlier on our journey. We would have happily eaten there every day. Thank you to the staff and well done
Hands down the most amazing meal ive ever had at a restuarant! Perfect atmosphere and the most polite and attentive staff. The meals were so flavorsome, left my partner and myself speachless which is so unlike us! Ate our mixed grill for two in near silence with just a nod of approval between bites. Can't wait to go back!
Great Greek food with a modern twist ... Great atmosphere & vibe ... Terrific service knowledgeable and friendly ... V good knowledge of the wine to go with the food and the individuals taste .... Highly recommended them
Incredible food & cocktails. We had the 2nd banquet and it was amazing but so much food! Good choice if youāre looking for a special meal. Service was brilliant & the courses came out quickly. Great atmosphere, 100% recommend!

A happening Greek restaurant in the heart of Hobart. We ordered take away, some moussaka, gyros, salad and chicken. For take away food it was very good, very flavoursome. We also had a drink whilst we waited.
My kids and I made the walk on a whim from the waterfront. What a brilliant decision that was! Our waitress was super friendly & gave us some outstanding recommendations. Efficient service, no delays on tempting plates and accommodated us to share all our courses. I only wish you were in Melbourne!! Best restaurant ever with a super cool ambiance and sounds. 3 food comas for the night š
Another place I can across when visiting Hobart. Had great Greek food here, thought the lamb was fantastic. Especially liked the desert, which was the deconstructed baklava. Also like the house jam with the saganaki, very tasty!
We walked in as a group of four, with no booking and a busy restaurant and the the staff were more than accommodating, and super friendly! Great service.
Food servings were large and delicious! 2 of us were not able to come close to finishing our meals. Atmosphere is bustling and not quiet, but lovely depending on what youāre hoping for.
So delicious!! Everything was amazing. Staff attentive and happy, decor lovely and the food was perfect. Im gluten intolerant and vegetarian and I ate so well here. My carnivore husband had a great meal as well. Highly recommend.
Walk-in dinner with my daughter last night - love the long waiting tables which we chose to stay at to eat. Service was friendly and helpful. Great decor and atmosphere. Order arrived quite fast considering they were full. The meals were wonderful, probably a bit large for us - my daughter couldn't finish her Cretan chicken. I had the Lamb on red rice from the specials list - incredibly well made dish. The chicken was slightly dry but still very good. I'd have been happy to order a salad if the mains weren't so large but we left very satisfied.
We tried the Hippocrates banquet and it was the most amazing Greek food weāve ever had. Service was prompt and staff were very friendly. Weāll definitely be coming back next time weāre in Hobart. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience.
A restaurant that would make the Greek gods proud. We got the banquet and expected tiny meals on big plates. No sir, Zeus wouldn't approve of that! Make sure you starve until your Hercules 6 pack shows before entering.

Service was super friendly and attentive.
Dips: must have been made by cupid because I was in love.
Prawns: Poseidon was a bit tight by sparring one prawn, but the ouzo sauce the chef makes will rock your boat.
Grilled lamb: you know when you're full and everything else is good but you might not finish it? When this comes you'll have to sacrifice some breathing room, shift it into your lungs to make space. By far the best lamb I've had in my life.
Highly highly recommend. This place has raised the bar for 5 stars
Celebrated birthday here last night and I have to say, the food was delicious but customer service is exceptional. We had a birthday cake but didn't expect staff to take it out for us and even light up a fireworks style birthday candle without any extra charges. Thanks for going above and beyond for us, will definitely come back :)
Very pleased with our dining experience. We ordered the $65 Hippocrates banquet - excellent selection of dishes and all delicious. Very generous serving sizes which meant we could not fit in dessert.
Just wow. First time eating at a Greek restaurant, came here to celebrate my mums birthday with our first trip down to Tasmania. I just love these new experiences and this place was just so satisfying as every dish we ordered was delicious and presented well.
Probably one of the best hospitality experiences ever. Warm, friendly staff, amazing food, generous atmosphere. This is is a seven star Greek food experience. And Iāve spent a lot of time in Greece. Have the fava bean dip. It will change your life.

We ordered the charcoal octopus and mixed grill platter, with a cretan village salad. The food was exceptional!! A huge thank you to our incredible waiter Mark, your outstanding service made our 5 year anniversary extra memorable.
We loved our dinner here! Definitely going for a twist on Greek, don't go expecting super traditional Greek foods, but its utterly delicious. The saganaki cheese was something I'd never tried before, but utterly delicious. Baklava icecream sandwich was also something I'm surprised I haven't seen tried before, was a hit!
Iām glad to have Greek food in tasmania as there are not many or just few. Urban Greek has nice vibe and the foods were delicious (all of them). Staffs were very friendly. I wish we could stay longer as they have only limited hours for dine in. However, we enjoyed our time here and will be back for sure. Cheers!
