Exquisite food, service and sake. Loved the atmosphere and the whole experience was an incredible introduction to Hobart. The place was buzzing and the positive vibes were radiating. Michaela was such a delight, such a fun and knowledgeable waitress, who really made our night one to remember. Would highly recommend the potato salad and the pork jowl. Both dishes were recommended by Michaela and were sensational. Will definitely be recommending this spot to anyone we know who is popping down to Tassie.

Our waiter Finley creates such a positive, fun environment to be in! Food is on point and we will definitely be back when in Hobart! Highly recommend. Speedy service and accommodates dietary requirements!

Food was great. Service could have been a little better, but acknowledge it’s new and an abnormal busy Tuesday night. Wine selection by the glass is excellent (and Tasmanian) which gets a massive tick. Ocean trout and Kingfish sashimi; Octopus sashimi and yakiniku platter were the standout dishes. Would definitely recommend and would come back again.

Ambience- Crowded and lively. The place seemed upbeat even at 11 pm on a week day.

Food- Tried a bunch of dishes on the menu. My favourite was the Yakiniku platter. The pork was exceptional. However, the portion size can be better. They have a good number of Japanese single malts.

Service- Service was prompt and the staff were friendly.

Ordered 11 different dishes and 1 bottle of sake for the four of us. Food was amazing. My favorite was the salmon salad (?) as the sauce was really tasty and unique, and the roasted vegetables as well.
