Update on original 1 Star review: I was contacted by the new Franchisee, who approached me to discuss my experience at Bucking Bull Ipswich Riverlink. I was open and honest about my experience, including cheering on two consistently excellent service provider staff at the store. The new Franchisee was apologetic, and understood my point of view from a consumer viewpoint, and thanked me for providing her with this feedback so she could use this experience to fine tune their processes and ensure my experience doesn't happen to anyone else. So I'm changing my review from 1 Star to 5 Stars for the proactive commitment the new Franchisee has on providing good quality service. oxox
