Ever since I tried Manpuku a few months ago, I have not been able to stop!
I have dietary requirements and they even went to the effort of calling the head chef to clarify what ingredients were used to be sure.
The menu has great variety.
The food is fresh and tasty
Great value for money
Friendly & efficient service. (Sometimes you may even be Lucky enough to have the waiter at the Kingsford store do card tricks for you! )
The only feedback i have for the store managers, would be to add gluten free buckwheat noodles or anther type of gf noodle as an option, (charge extra for it.)
It's my favourite place but since being told I am gluten intolerant I unfortunately cannot return for the ramen. :/
Definitely recommend this place, it will not disappoint!

Everything I've eaten here is amazing. Had food from Manpuku about 5 times & the pricing is great too. Highly recommended.
Rich, creamy tonkotsu broth that hits the spot! Noodles perfectly hard, easily absorbing the flavoursome broth. Thing is, it leaves you wanting more as with most ramen joints, the portion isn’t huge. Definitely on the expensive side for ramen. $18.50 for the spicy tonkotsu I ordered.
Good food, authentic flavours. What more could you want?

I've visited several times to both this and the Chatswood location. Will continue visiting because it is conveniently near UNSW. Always a satisfying bowl of ramen. I love the creamier broths.
The staff are super friendly! It's always super clean here and there is very limited seating.
Love the ramen here and pork rice is actually nice too.
Rice is small portion for kids
price quite expensive for the size of the dish and quite busy during peak hours.
overall was good.
Best Ramen in Sydney, specially if you are student, you will get extra noodle for free and the ramen soup is very thick and tasty, deserve more than 5 star
I tried the heavy soy dolphin bone ramen. It was a really big bowl, full of ingredients, with just the right amount of soft and hard noodles. Japanese ramen shop atmosphere, people come in and leave will say hello, the girls are very warm service. The store is always full at noon.
Always busy japanese restaurant in Kingsford! #literallyondiet loves their ramen and always have special deals for students or special deals for the day. Everytime we came here for a meal they always improve alot. Service is very good. Very recommend
Ordered the signature ramen number 7 and the number 6 which had burnt garlic oil. They were delicious. The chasu was tender - melt in your mouth one, the eggs had soft yolk. Broth was just right, thick and not too salty.
The chicken karaage curry rice with cheese had tender, juicy and marinated chicken thigh pieces. It was lots tastier and crunchy before soaked in the curry sauce, so maybe you can try ordering just the chicken karaage.
Portion is huge. Overall a very satisfied visit.
My favourite ramen place in Sydney by far. There are a lot of different types of ramen to choose from the menu, as well as hot dishes, rice, salad & a few desserts. They handmade the noodles which gives a springy texture. You can choose which types of noodles you prefer even tho each ramen is already preset for you. The broth is rich & full of flavour. The nitamago (flavoured soft boiled egg) is cooked to perfection with a creamy delicious yolk. I like how some of the ramen comes with a piece of printed nori with their name on it to add a bit of fun to the dining experience. It’s so unique. 😃
If you have a big appetite, why not try the MKII. It’s in a soy based pork soup with a hint of fish & garlic flavour. Instead of slices of chashu, (what you normally get in ramen toppings) you get a few chunky pieces of off the bone pork ribs, which have been cooked for hours. The soft & melt in your mouth succulent meat is so good. 🤤
Came here for my birthday, as a lover of ramen this is definitely one of my new favorites in Sydney. Service was warm and quick, we ordered gyoza and takoyaki to start and they were great. We ordered 3 other bowls of ramen, Gara shoyu, magicians red and I ordered the “Long Name” with an extra slow cooked pork rib. The broth was amazing half shoyu half chicken, great umami, and the short rib was a great complement. Such great flavour and the meat fell off the bone. Noodles were perfect medium. It did get quite busy from about 6.30pm on Saturday, recommend going early if you can.
