One of my favourite little places for a qld before the crowds arrive after work. Great wine choices....and the staff will help you choose if you’re unsure. Friendly staff. Friendly vibe. Pretty location. Cheers
Cute bar in an ideal location. Food was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The cocktails were delicious too and they’ll happy make you your favourite even if it’s not on the menu 🍸
Had some drinks and tapas after work on a Monday. Great location right near the train station and of course world famous views of the harbour just down the road.
The service was great and the food was hot and tasty. The small bar in Crows nest might have ever so slightly better food than here but either place has lovely atmosphere. Will be back again soon!
Nice little cafe with a good selection of cocktails available on the blackboard. Service was excellent, the staff was friendly & polite.
As for the food, the burger had too much mustard in it which dominated other flavours. The beef patty was also a tad dry, not the best burger I have had. 😬 The risotto had a bit too strong white wine taste so that’s why I didn’t taste any truffle oil in it. And the texture wasn’t al dente but overall it was still tasty. 😌 The Cranberry crumble dessert was nice. It had the right amount of sweetness & sourness to it, the warm fruit crumble and cold ice cream provides a nice contrasting sensation. 🙂

Sunday evening and hankering for a drink, so we made our way to this place, where I have been to before and enjoyed the last time I was there.
Slightly hidden from the street. This small bar is nestled amongst other eateries and restaurants on Broughton St. Cute little bar with a cycle chain and petal seating bar stools, which was pretty fun! A good selection of wines and cocktails (cocktails on their specials board).
We ordered salted caramel espresso martini and something from the juicer which was a little tart due to the cherry bitters. We ordered some porcini mashroom and parmasen arancini which were delicious! The food here is quite good and good portion share sizes, perfect enough for even sharing, as some places will give you three pieces to share between two, which can be really annoying.
The service is a little touch and go. Service is a little touch and go, sometimes it's good and other times its almost non existent. A consistent service would really elevate the experience, apart from that, this place is quite nice to come for drinks and food.
Had breakfast there and it was great I had the Spanish beans and my wife the eggs bennies she is a celiac and the had gluten free bread and also made the holendais sauce in house very important.
Meals were a good size and priced well
Coffee could be hotter and stronger
Pricey but the quality of the food isn't bad and given it's Kirribilli, it seems fair enough. The burgers at Small Bar and Kitchen are delicious and moreish and the range of beers and ciders are commendable.
Service isn't bad. The waitress was friendly-ish and attentive but still seemed aloof.
Ambience is not bad too. However, the seating is a little uncomfortable, the tables a little small and the place seems more focussed on style rather than substance.
On reflection, we would recommend Small Bar and Kitchen to friends and would be happy to come again.
Yummy food and friendly efficient service! Couldn't ask for more! :)
My friend and I had the chorizo croquettes, poutine and crispy skin barramundi which was cooked to perfection! :) staff are friendly and serve you with a smile, one came over and asked us how everything was.
Small Bar is as it's titled - it's a small bar great for wine, snacks and gossiping with your girl friends. It's a very cosy bar and lives up to it's brother in Crow's Nest. The Small Bar in Kirribilli has the capacity of about about 20 and has an array of booze and food for your socialising pleasure. Look at those chips - they don't look frozen do they? A nice blend of crunch and mushy potato is available for $6.50! It was a nice snack and very delicious with the Harissa Mayo. You may see my friend who is a regular here all the time. She is single and gorgeous gentlemen! Drinks: About $10 per drink, Bar food is roughly $10 per dish in the Evening. Small Bar have $9.5 lunches and $10-$20 breakfast dishes Location: 3 Broughton St, Kirribilli, About 5 minutes from Milson's Point station. Website: http://www.smallbar.net.au/kirribilli/menu/food/
Fab spot on a Fri nite to kick off weekend, great wine selection and excellent food, esp the baked Brie - delicious! Great vibe too!
Great food & great drinks list with very friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Just what Kirribilli needs. Try the pork belly, lamb & mushroom bruschetta. Also, can't go past the smashed avocado on toast for breakfast. Already been here a few times and will be back many more!
After reading reviews we decided to visit before walking back over the bridge towards the city. The reviews are spot on, I was going to take a star off for the flat Diet Coke 😣🤷🏼♀️ but in the end the food and service were so great that the flat drink was forgotten !! We had the chicken sandwich and open steak sandwich, both had a side of chips that were chunky and cooked to perfection, aioli also came on the side. The steak sandwich was cooked perfectly and it was a good cut, no grisle and not tough. The vibe in this place is cool and the walls are filled with interesting bottles (probably a great selection for those wanting a wine) If you can get a seat along the wall or close to the windows at the entrance you’ll have a view of the harbour. Would definitely recommend a visit 😊👍🏼
A nice place set under the bridge for enjoying the breakfast, brunch or lunch. This place serves dinner and cocktails and has quite a large menu despite its diminutive size. The decor was great and fit well with the cosy yet quirky atmosphere.
A cosy yet cool local spot for me. Not a regular but enough to make me pick this spot as a go to for a causal location for any meet ups or chit chat. Love.... Love... Their pull pork. Staff are mostly good but attention can drop, as expected during busy time..
Quiant and cosy little joint in Kirribilli. We ordered the chicken quesadillas, dukkah hommus with flat bread, and thepork belly sliders. All the dishes were great and full of flavour. Little pricey and not very filling for the amount, but to be expected in those suburbs.
Friendly staff and nice little pub with decent food. It’s got good atmosphere too. Will come back
The arancini balls are delicious! A lovely bar to relax and soak up the good vibes.
