    • Charred mini bruschetta with salmon pate, creme fraiche, dill ( each)
    • Fried cauliflower, pepita seeds, tahini dressing lemon & za’atar spice
    • Ancient grains and seeds with tomatoes, cucumber, walnuts, currants, pomegranate and dukkah
    • Grilled octopus, white bean hummus, roasted olives, oregano, preserved lemon, pickled green chillies

    • Potato gnocchi with porcini & portobello mushroom ragu, sage & parmesan
    • Orecchiette with chicken & pork bologna style ragu spiced with szechuan pepper
    • Fresh pappardelle with slow braised beef cheeks, red wine, black olives and charred onion
    • Fresh angel hair with prawns, scallops, snapper and mussels, white wine, tomato, touch of cream

    • Cape Grim Tasmanian grass fed sirloin with bearnaise butter, french fries & red wine reduction
    • Bon Ton Fish ‘n’ Chips, crisp skin saltwater barramundi fillet, thick cut chips, charred gem lettuce, yoghurt tartare dressing, pickled cucumber
    • Szechuan peppered seared rare kangaroo loin, black barley, quinoa, roast sweet potato, pumpkin seeds, lemon and pomegranate salad

Far and away the best service I have ever had in Australia. Didn’t catch the server’s name (young guy with tattoos) but he was outstanding the entire evening. Food has always been great at Bon Ton. Pricey, but will definitely return based on the food and service. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful meal! We each had three courses and we were so impressed. For entree we had the escargots and these were something that reminded us of Paris. For the main we had the lamb and it was cooked to perfection. The panacotta and creme brûlée were delicious. This is one of the best meals we have ever had in The Blue Mountains and the service was impeccable. This is the first review I have ever written for a restaurant because it is something not to miss! We will definitely be back.
