Long time customer and no complaint yet. Grilled fish moist and well done, chips fresh and tasty, and other odds and ends all up to standard. Service always polite and efficient, and to avoid delays phone. I wonder if customer complaints are more a reflection on the customer, just a thought!!!
Authentic Australian fish n' chips. Loved the shrimp and the scallop. Simple, tasty, nutritious. Good value for your money too. Will definitely keep eating there.
I have always fancied myself a bit of a fish and chip connoisseur!! These days people are so fixated on having a 'cool' looking shop that the food seems to get left behind. Captain K's is full of the 'old charm' you expect from a traditional fish and chip shop and wait for it... has fantastic food! I am yet to eat a hand made potato cake at one of these new places and am always left feeling cheated. These guys at Captain K's cut and make their own potato cakes. YUM YUM YUM!!!
Have recently moved to Chirnside Park and have been looking for a good fish an chip shop and after finding captain k's on urbanspoon we are so happy we did! Very clean kitchen and shop, yummy grilled fish (very fresh) and crunchy chips. Reasonably priced also. This will be our go to fish and chip shop now!
Buonissimo. We moved in Lilydale 4 years ago and since then nearly every week end we go to Captain's K for our take away.....Good food and service. Grazie Capitano.
