Did anyone say yummy but inexpensive food...?
We had the veg fried rice and noodles with vegetables at Simply Noodles... Recommended with the hot sauce...
The ambience of the place is good, and the staff is cooperative enough. The service is fast and good.
My 1st ever experience with Malaysian Food and I enjoyed every bit of Laksa and Char Kway Teow from my plate! The quantity, quality, taste is VFM!
100 times better than i expected!!!
Food was very decent and delicious (a bit too much salt tho), and all at a very generous portion. Furthermore, the price was so reasonable that had I live nearby, I would come everyday lol. Strongly recommend!!!
Visited this place as many of my peers suggested it, liked the Singapore noodles with chicken and scrambled eggs, the quantity of food I got served was more than my capability of a single meal.
I am really surprised that this place has such low rating. Me and my partner come here, at least once a week, and we always have had great food. Sure, it may not be authentic Chinese food, but it tastes amazing, nonetheless. Also, their quantity is insane. Must try is the duck fried rice. Yum yum yum. Oh and beef hot pot too.
Went here looking for fish dishes and was really happy with the fish mushroom dish with rice and the seafood laksa. Laksa was my favourite although he fish in the rice dish was beautiful and just melts in your mouth! Yum :)) polite staff and quite a quiet restaurant despite the snug layout. Rather reasonable pricing, two dishes for 30$ (with student discount) shared both with my Mum. Was very happy and will return!! :))
I really like the laksa here. It's not authentic style, but I find it delicious.
Prices are quite high though.
Haven't really tried many of the other dishes, as I generally gravitate towards the laksa.
The seating is bench style, so you will find yourself sharing a table with other people
Fast service, great portions. A perfect meal before a movie 🎥 to warm our bellies. This place has a wide variety of classic Chinese dishes to south East Asian stir fry noodles. Great for indecisive people like us. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♂️
Best laksa I have managed to find in the area, so far. The duck was okay - not amazing though. Good experience over all though. Have returned for the laksa a few times now & will continue to.
RANDOM MACQUARIE CENTRE DEGUSTATION PART 3: There’s a great selection of noodles and laksa and soups cooked to order, but in keeping with my makeshift ‘Tapas’ selections, I opt for the $11 Duck Pancake. The breast cuts are nicely portioned and more than I would have expected for a service of three pancakes. Another venue in the centre that showcases great detail in the fittest as well as the menu!
My go-to shopping centre. It’s a complete shopping centre from bowling court to food court to cinema. Have all the major fashion stores like Zara, H&M, Myer, David, Jones. Also, stores like Supre, Zoo clothing. Medical centre even optometry stores. Very clean and well routed. Very convenient from public transport and lot of parking space as well. Highly recommended
Macquire shopping centre is a beautiful mall with all the big brands, it’s a big shopping centre and it’s not as advanced with tech as Westfield but it’s lovely. The interior is beautifully decorated and is a good place to take good photos These days as Christmas decor is top notch. Food court is enormous with variety of options available.
You can find parking easily over there.
Loved it
4/5
Food is fresh and above standard. Love to find a good Japanese cuisine in Parramatta area. Staff is energetic and good service.
Family friendly mall, totally loved it. There are abundant parents rooms. Every time i found the parent's rooms very clean. I wish they can upgrade their play area to accommodate +3 age, the one in front of kmart. Currently It is designed for 3 or below age. You will find all major grocery stores coles, woolworth and aldi. It is rare to find all three in one mall.
Has all the brands you can possibly imagine. Had decent parking and ample toilets. I love the layout and the way you can move around the entire mall with a trolley and not worry about where the escalators or lifts are. Loads of food options too. The ice rink sometimes has games too. Overall, positive experience.
Rating: 8/10
Short Review: Loads of fast food, great ice rink, entertaining.
Long review: I came to Macquarie Centre to do some ice skating with friends for the Weekly Friday public disco. It was my first time ice skating and the patrollers were very helpful and it was overall a great experience. I found the bathrooms interesting but that’s fine. Another issue I found was the only drinkable water besides the vending machine was the taps in the bathrooms, which was actually quite refreshing. 100% will be coming again.
