Outstanding rustic ambience and decor - well designed outdoor eatery and landscaping. Sitting among fresh herb gardens and a wide view of vineyard. The olive oil is a rare production of excellence and gives the Colavita Italian oil a definite run for its money. The menu is a fine selection of culinary delights. Service impeccable.
A lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Meals were very nice but would like a bit more variety on menu. Chocolate Brûlée for dessert was amazing! Staff were excellent and very accommodating- moving a table so we could have the perfect view. Had a lovely walk around the property after our meals.
The setting is superb. My favorite is eating outside. The food is tapas style which means you get to try lots of different plates at once. The staff are helpful & friendly. Everything is packed full of flavor. My only criticism would be that the recommended quantity of dishes per person is not enough. But that’s because it’s all so yummy.
Celebrated my birthday here with 16 of my friends and had an amazing lunch! Our table and location was beautiful, the service from the staff was so personalised and attentive from being our photographers and making sure we always had enough to eat and drink. The food was delicious, especially the hommus dip! Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday lunch! Will definitely be back :)
Had the pleasure of trying Green Olive after driving past and seeing how busy they are! Whilst we didnt have a booking, they were very accommodating in fitting us in on a very busy Sat arvo. Good tapas menu. Small servings as one would expect being tapas. Great apple cider and a fantastic ambience. Worth it!

I went to the Green Olive today and I love it. The menu is very accommodating for vegans, I was able to have the soup, ciabatta, dips, potatoes and a flat white with soy milk. I have a philosophy when I go out to eat, if a restaurant has a good quality hand wash (that is not refilled with bulk soap) in the bathrooms then it is fancy but if it has hand wash and lotion then it is exquisite! This cafe has their olive hand wash and hand lotion in the bathrooms which I appreciate (makes your hands very soft by the way). I will definitely be back to try that homemade apple and rhubarb crumble 😋 AND the products sold there is of a very good quality! ❤️
Last week we featured Mock Red Hill, an orchard that offers cider tastings and amazing doughnuts, if you haven’t read that review give it a go before our article today. And if you had done that already feel free to continue, for today we will be featuring a neighbouring farm called Green Olive at Red Hill, yeah, I know it’s an olive farm but don’t worry this will not be an olive tasting, we will do much more than that, in fact this place is a one stop shop for almost everything.
I'm so much in love with this place. It has the best salads and the best wines. It feels so good when you're sitting in the sun, enjoying the food in the outdoors. This place actually has my heart! I had the cheese platter and a salad with bread and balsamic vinegar reduction, which was so so good. It makes you feel the real australia. It's a must-must go.
Wonderful venue with a fantastic outlook. Lots of covered tables and seating if the weather isn’t playing fair. The food is varied with something for everyone. The hosts are accomodating and although busy, the wait was surprisingly short. It pays to book in advance as this place tends to get busy.
Booked a table for 12 for a celebration and from our experience would come here again. The atmosphere and amenities are great. Playground and in ground trampoline for kids, table sizes are generous and well spaced from other groups. Staff are friendly and happy to assist with any requests in the lead up and on the day. Really left a great impression. Two downsides (however not enough to deter the 5 stars) food slightly under seasoned, which may be seen as good for some and the second is the lack of toilets indoors - have to head to the outhouses around the pond, not far from the restaurant. Fortunately the weather was great, so not much issue for us on the day. Definitely recommend this place for large groups and families with kids, if not booking a table come early to avoid disappointment.
