My wife and I held our wedding and reception here in October. Our experience both on the day and in the months leading up to the event were absolutely first class. The wedding garden was immaculate, the venue was decorated with loving care and the food was a 10 out of 10, enjoyed by everyone at the wedding. We received many compliments throughout the night and in the days that followed about our choice of venue and a huge part of that was due to the experience and high standards of Nick and Virginia. Nick and Virginia made my wife and I feel like part of the family and were so accommodating throughout all of the planning, listening to our requests and offering insights that only a lifetime of experience in the industry can provide. We already have the Golden Ox pencilled in for our anniversary and are planning another trip out in a couple of weeks for my wife's birthday. To Nick, Virginia, the fantastic waitstaff, the awesome bartenders and the amazing chefs, thank you for a perfect wedding day and we can't wait to see you all again.

I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and informative about their menu. Food was fresh and cooked well. The winner of the night was my main dish, which was grilled Barramundi.

The food is always delicious at this restaurant. Service is efficient and attentive. The menu isn't extensive, but there is a choice of steak, seafood and pasta (could have a couple more pasta dishes). The bread and dips starter is absolutely delicious as are the desserts. They have takeaway too.
