We went last night and wow a place like this has been a long time coming in the Maroochy area. To be able to have bar foods and meals is fantastic. We had meals and it was top shelp, top class & very reasanbly priced.. Well done. We will be back and definatley recommend you to others. And by the amount of perople there last night, you are onto something. Well Done!!!!!
I organised for my wife’s 30th birthday to be had at uptown. It was all of our first time going to this venue and I can tell you from the moment I booked the table to the moment we left the staff, service, cocktails and the food were next level. Easily the best place I have been to and eaten at in a very long time. Highly recommended.
Great restaurant and bar. The food selection is awesome and there's a number of great items on the vegan menu as well. Great for family outings or with a few mates. Bar staff are friendly as well.
Delicious food, clever cocktail list and always great specials on the changing menu. Genuine arty gastropub style shows the Chef's UK origins. We love sitting in the sunshine on the terrace for after work drinks, super convenient in the CBD. AND there's even stellar champagne by the glass! Cool place to gather.
I cannot thank the staff enough for my night. I came in with my partner for our anniversary and cannot rave about the venue enough. The steak was cooked to perfect and cocktails were amazing! It’s hard to find bars that still make them to order so it’s amazing to see. The staff were professional and bubbly. We had such a good time. Thank you Uptown!
One of the best meals I have had on the Coast along with gorgeous cocktails and amazing service!!! Their wings are a MUST!!!
Josh & Matt were so friendly, worked incredibly around each other to produce cocktails and drinks.
The food was ideal, super tasty, perfect combos, came out super fast and just blew us away!
Janete (The Manager) was super welcoming, sat us to request and made us feel at home.
Service is absolutely amazing and food is presented perfectly and is very tasty. I can't rave enough about the staff, they are so lovely and helpful and professional. Comfortable seating and just love it there. I would've given 5 stars but my steak today, whilst tasty and yum, was a little tough and chewy. Otherwise, perfection. There was 5 of us and we all left well satisfied.
Amazing attentive and friendly service. The staff were so engaging and made good recommendations. QR sign in and covid safe plan in place. Ordered the Lamb, Calamari and Hamburger and all were delicious staggered throughout the service. The Lamb just needed to be a little more seasoned (seemed like it was steamed in a bag first) but fell off the bone.
Beer was Fruity and surprisingly refreshing. Dessert was Strawberry sundae and Mango. Not a fan of Mango to be honest so the taste was peculiar to my pallette. It actually tasted like Margarine lol but that could be the combination of Nuts with the soft Mango.
All in all, amazing service with nice open dining area in and out so no fear of feeling cramped which happens a lot but fortunately Uptown Social ticks all the boxes. 5⭐ Great service, Food just needs a bit more seasoning.
