That was a superb breakfast. One of the best we've had. The gluten free options were amazing. Eggs benedict with potato cakes ( Beach Benny) were delicious. Waffles, banana, bacon and maple syrup were approved by my 11 yr old daughter. Thanks for having us.
Been to the Beach Street Deli a few times this holiday and each time food and coffee have been absolutely excellent. Special recommendations,
Sweet potato Rosti
Poached eggs and bacon (bacon just right)
Mushrooms on sourdough (so delicious)
Roast tomatoes on sourdough
And the coffee of course
So pay a visit, you won't be disappointed.
This cafe has a nice beachy feel to it and I was very pleasantly surprised with my Roast Pumpkin, Haloumi & Quinoa Salad. It was nicely presented, the leaves were fresh & the dressing homemade. There was plenty of haloumi & it was delicious. I always hold my breath when I order coffee but hooray, the coffee was good. Thank you Beach St Deli.
Had an eggs Benny with salmon. No complaints, eggs were perfectly poached and it was a tasty breakfast. Great coffee. Prepared nice and fast, and the staff were very friendly. Typical holiday town pricing, so I won’t penalize them for that!
A solid option in the area.
I only stopped here by chance as I was enjoying a walk along the beach & decided I needed coffee. This was the first place which came onto my radar so in I went. The coffee was great Lunardini blend, full bodied & just what the doctor ordered. However best of all was the delicious muffin which I had on the side, not only was it chock full of healthy stuff like nuts & friut it also tasted amazing. In fact I would go as far as to say I would travel back for another it was that good!!!

The food at Beach St Deli is fantastic - really high quality ingredients thoughtfully put together. The whiting, rosti and asparagus was a lunch special. It was very tasty and the fish was just pan fried - no batter, crumbs or deep frying in sight. The pumpkin salad was the best I've had for a while. The Qld Blue pumpkin was perfectly roasted skin on and combined with a wide range of fresh ingredients, roast asparagus and pepita seeds. The yoghurt dressing topped it off perfectly and wasn't over-done. A strong, full-bodied long black was the perfect ending.
Good food, great service. Had breakfast here on the weekend, will be back if we are in the area again.
Had eggs benedict and the sauce is always my test of a new cafe, it was good hollandaise! It was served on a potato rosti which made my day. My old breakfast place used to do their benedict on a rosti, and until now I hadn't found anyone else who does it well. Fast and very friendly service WIN!
I wasn't as excited about the coffee although it was still very nice.
Over all we loved it there and would like to go back.
Awesome food! Great service too. The eggs Benedictine were fantastic. I especially enjoyed having what was like a large potato hash brown under the eggs instead of bread. A nice change and a great texture difference to everything else. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for ago if breakfast. Staff and chef alike were very friendly.

Pleasantly surprised. We'd given up on this place ages ago but thought we'd give it one last chance. Clearly it's changed hands. The food was beautiful and generously sized. Seemingly some construction going on so the ambience was a little questionable but I'm sure that's just temporary.

Best Breakkie in Maroochydore. I'm from Melbourne but I was in Maroochydore for work for 2 weeks. So on a company credit card I had the benefit of exploring different cafes for breakfast. I came here on two separate occassions to eat breakfast because the quality of the food, coffee, and service is the best in town!
If I was a local I would go here regularly because having come from Melbourne, the 'food capital' of Australia, I can honestly say I haven't come across a cafe that does eggs benedict better than Beach Street Deli. The eggs are smothered generously with their tasty hollandnaise sauce, served on fresh spinach, crispy bacon, handmade crispy potato hash brown, and boardered by a caramelised balsamic vinegar dressing.
For my second visit I had the french toast - nothing too unique about their rendition but it was great in flavour and the portion amount was great!
Apart from the amazing food, they are perfectly located across the road from the beach so needless to say this was a great reward for my after morning run.
A bit pricey for what you get but the coffee is good and you can customise your own juice. Not really on the beach but has a slight view and the breeze was appreciated on this very hot and steamy morning. Felt like the furniture could be cleaner, but the atmosphere is still pretty appropriate for the location.
A pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Always enjoy a freshly made juice.
Best berry smoothie I have had on the Sunshine Coast. Fast and friendly service. Food was great. We will be back on our next trip to the sunny coast .
Quick friendly service. Meals came quickly and chefs accommodated some easy changes for kiddos. Good was delicious and well priced. Good small and large breakfast options.

Easy walk from Cotton Tree, juice amazing 👏 , mocha yum, fruit & nut bread absolutely delish, tostie was great.
Gorgeous little place, nice & breezy with a nice little view of the beach if you sit inside or outside.
The food was great. The home made potato rosti was absolutely amazing! My wife loved her eggs Benedict with salmon and my big breaky was huge! Loved everything on the plate. Because of its close proximity to the beach though, it was hard to get a park close by so keep best to go at the quieter times. The service was a bit average at first but the second lady who spoke to us was nice.
We visited this place 3 times whilst on holiday. We loved it so much. The food was great. The service was Brill. The staff very welcoming. I miss it. But I'm sure after Covid we will be back.
