Tried this place for the first time yesterday evening. And pleased to find we decided to go early, arriving shortly after the 5pm opening. As it was near full within half an hour ... being so popular, we (my wife and I) hoped for good things.
Well, we wasn’t disappointed ... we shared a portion of gyoza for a starter and we both agreed, it was the best we’d tasted. Neither of has had ramen before, so couldn’t compare. But the noodles were well cooked with a nice texture and the (pork-bone) broth was really well flavoured and seasoned. My choice was ‘red& spicy’, which had a nice chilli ‘hit’ without being too fiery ...
We liked that it was BYO even though they sold beer on the premises. And thought 5 bucks ‘corkage’ was reasonable and meant we could share a couple of glasses of our fave Chardy, without breaking the bank. The whole bill came to about 45 bucks, which bearing in mind we were well full with some tasty tucker, was pretty good value.
Will defo’ go back again ...
Enjoyed the food, staff are wonderful, so polite & friendly & efficient. Relaxed atmosphere... will be back.
First trip a little while ago had a problem with my docket but the staff explained the issue, apologised & provided a complimentary dish/extra ingredient for my ramen. They handled it very well so I came back & can’t fault them at all �
This is probably the only Ramen place in Sunshine Coast? It happens to be my friend's favourite too. The mushroom (vegan) soup base is hands down the best one if you're into mushroom flavoured broth that is. Otherwise, their regular ramen is pretty decent too. If you order extra chashu on top of your ramen you get the nicer kind :)
Must be the best tonkatsu ramen in Queensland. So glad I stumbled to this place in a quiet side of Maroochydore. It was such a humble store that I had to double take the amount of people in there. I ordered the prawn gyoza and tonkatsu ramen. I so thoroughly enjoy them: I walked out of there with a food baby and left behind a very empty clean bowl. Will be back to try other noodles

We had smokey black ramen and enjoyed it thoroughly. The noodle is more of an egg noodle than ramen noodle though, and there was only one slice of meat - but the flavour was so spot on. The broth and the flavoured egg are awesome. More importantly, the staff are very efficient in handling a busy Saturday night, always friendly and service was quick. Worth visiting for sure if you are a ramen enthusiast.
Absolutely blown away! This is the best tonkotsu ramen we have had in Australia. Since returning from Japan two years ago, we’ve been on the hunt for a proper Japanese ramen and this has topped the list. Highly recommend the tonkotsu and smoky black ramen, as well as the pork gyoza and karaage chicken. So crispy and full of flavour. Excellent customer service and love the restaurant vibes.
Amazing food. Had karaage chicken, pork gyoza and tonkotsu ramen. Immediately took me back to a visit to Japan 2 years ago. No Australian twist, just delicious food. The ramen is so filling I barely finished it.
It's great having a dedicated ramen restaurant on the coast. Always friendly service and great food. Slightly pricey but that's to be expected for the location. Big portion, I struggle to finish it!
Just finished our lunch at this place with a couple of friends with their family. Tried the Tonkotsu, spicy red Tonkotsu, and Tom Yam Tonkotsu. BEAUTIFUL!!!! The best ramen I've had. So glad we choose this place to have lunch on our way back to Brisbane. Will be coming again if we visit this region for holiday. 👍👍👍

Such a cute little ramen shop, cozy and well decorated. Food is delicious and well priced. Tonkotsu ramen broth is thick and has complex flavours.

Easy locations as well ...but little bit pricy ... $19 ramen..
