I was met by the owner as I entered the store.
He was friendly, engaging and entertaining.
Being a franchise, I was a little surprised as they normally have to follow the manual but this gentleman went beyond my expectations and my past experiences.
He even checked everything was fine whilst I was enjoying my coffee.
I now know where to go I am in the area again.
Michel's used to have a site in Auckland CBD back in 2006 run by a cool dude and his family who was awesome at customer service and very hard working so for me when I saw one while recently visiting Sydney I had to pop in and check it out. The service was super friendly and they happily made me a custom matcha frappuccino with whip that wasn't on the menu and it tasted freaking delicious. A beautiful range of cakes and sweet treats, some savouries and coffee options. Affordable, tasty, friendly, fast, consistent. Good
Everybody knows Michel’s Patisserie, surely you have bought a last minute celebration cake there to race off to a party. I regularly buy my coffee there as a few years in a row they won best franchise coffee establishment in Australia. I also really like the staff at the Warringah Mall store where I order a lot of coffees. Michel’s is now upping their game. Had a Chicken Toasted Panini, they call them 'Grillers'.
It was a full experience, chicken was cooked and diced just right, bread was crispy yet smooth, The cheese melt was not overpowering.
A fine Griller and a fine coffee made my day full.

Amazing food!! Amazing smoothies!! And incredible service. On a holiday from QLD and not regretting coming here!! The staff were respectful and always smiling. Kids friendly. Definitely recommend this amazing cafe!!
Love this little cafe in Mascot! They serve breakfast all day. Great gourmet fast food and awesome brunches! Must visit if in Mascot! Staff are very warm and welcoming as well. Highly recommend it!
Excellent customer service! The food is absolutely delicious. The ambiance is also excellent and it's a quite relaxing place to go for a meal and just listing to the music that is often playing
