Just popped in for lunch and ordered the pumpkin arancini with pickled veg to takeaway. All I can say is YUM!!! The food here has got so good recently... always new specials on the board and often with a greek/Mediterranean theme. These arancini are the best yet :) Keep it up Renegades! x
Coffee and chai cappuccinos here are in my opinion better than many of the coffee shops in the area. The omelettes are tasty and gigantic, well worth their price tag. The atmosphere isn't as attractive as Coffee Club across the street but The Renegades has a decent, comfortable atmosphere.

Staff are all really nice, and food comes out very nice & quickly.
Juices are nice too.
Best coffee in Mascot and I love their omelettes. Thick and full of delicious fillings! Great friendly service. Have also tried the chicken pesto salad for lunch and it was yummy. A bit salty but otherwise very good.
Walking from mascot to the city leaves me tired just thinking about it, so I started my day with a caffeine hit from The Renegades. Nice skim latte, smooth flavour, very cool branded cups.
The service when I was first greeted was lovely. I got my juice very quickly however I could see the kitchen had my omelette ready and kept ringing the bell for the waitress to collect it but she was busy delivering coffees so that was a hiccup. I had the Spanish Omelette and Fresh Apple & Orange Juice. The omelette was substantial but could've done with some more seasoning.
First time to have dinner in this place. When I walked in I was greet by a friendly staff. It's a nice place for a small group of people to hang out. Food portion was pretty generous. I ordered a $15 dinner special with 1 drink ( soft drink / wine /beer) included . Its value for money. Personally think it's a decent place in mascot . I don't mind going there for another dinner ..

A wine bar, you say, in Mascot? Truth be told, it’s not a suburb I usually visit unless it’s to blow this town, but somehow I found myself agreeing to check it out. Despite a name that summons a bikie dive, you’re actually looking for a slickly fitted out blonde-wood café/wine bar at the end of a row of restaurants, in an industrial/residential complex.
VERY FAST ALWAYS GREAT. The Renegades is my local cafe when I am in Mascot, which is every day. The crew here do a fantastic job considering how busy they are. They create a certain buzz with their always happy faces. They know everyone's coffee and they know everyone's name. I now have a Renegades Loyalty Card which is even better. The Coffee is always fast and good (Gabriel).
I probably eat lunch at The Renegades three times a week. Their sandwiches are the best in the area. I love they Always have new and exciting offers in the daily specials.

Much improved since my last review, best coffee in Mascot, service much better. My original review for The Renegades last year was not very good, the service was so bad, the coffee was high quality but came out burnt, the owner had been sitting on the eating tables (which is unhygienic) and had her friends served first, half our order was forgotten.
But I went back this year and I was very very surprised at how much the place had changed. I heard the owners have changed since and I can say that the coffee, same brand, is now being made properly. I really enjoyed it. Service is prompt and the range of salads and to-go foods are interesting, and so far, I haven't disliked any of the things I have tried.
Definitely the best coffee in Mascot now. They also do a mean egg and bacon roll.

The Best!. I love the guys here! They absolutely make my day every time I have the opportunity to pop in. Having worked in the area for a few years it’s great to actually have a proper cafe with amazing coffee and food. Apart from all that though it’s the staff here that really make it for me - they have fun whilst maintaining a high level of service. Keep it up Renegades!
Best Cafe in the area. Friendly staff and coffee made perfectly every day. They do have Lactose free milk :)
We ordered the brekkie wrap and the banana bread and they were both lovely. Great value for money and fantastic service.
Handy for a morning commute in Mascot, Renegades has proven to be the cream of the crop when it comes to cafe options in the Mascot Station area. Delicious breakfasts - the breakfast wrap is the real deal and such good value - quick service, and bang-on espresso. I couldn't ask for more.
Great coffee. Great food. Breakfast meeting here with a customer, and there was plenty of space, and quiet enough for conversations. Quick and friendly service.

Coffee was nice, eat in area clean.
Best in Town for a cup of coffee and egg and bacon rolls. Havent tasted the burgers yet.
