It's only one place where Delhi actually rocks and it's here in Melbourne. What a delicious meal I had and the style is awesome. You get two vegetables and a dal in plate that you pay for and then unlimited supply of chapati and a complimentary tea or lassi, boss matlab he was bringing hot hot chapatis every minute and I can't tell you guys how delighted I was. An awesome place and amazing people.

Satisfying, economical and tasty food option in the heart of southern cross station and city. Perfect for students and people from all nations. Meal options and special deals are the best. Tuesdays Chole puri is a never-to-miss item from their menu. Good variety and options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. And not to mention, their sweet options are amazing.

Must visit! @melbourne

This place is fast paced and busy but they also offers heaps of curry options. I was quietly impressed with the variety and flavour of the curry.

What an awesome dining experience for a Wednesday midnight dinner! If you’re all about trying new things and wanting for some true local taste of curries you have to visit here!

You can help yourself some free tea (it looks like milk tea and taste like chai latte) when you dine in and I’d dine in just for that tea. Chicken curry is nothing like what I’ve had before. Definitely more authentic flavourings and therefore a little bit more spicy than other restaurants. I love the affordable price and their attentive service. The waiters always came around to my table just as I finished one naan to ask if I wanted another one 😋

My only problem here was that I didn’t really know all the curries (I’m very un-cultured in Indian cuisine); so when I had to pick quickly in line I hesitated and just asked for whatever tastes good (you can’t go wrong with waiter’s choice!). Anyway, it got me little bit nervous about what I’m actually eating at first😅 (but I liked that lamb curry too in the end tho)

Good everyday Indian food. Their thali meals are really good and filling. Even the biryani are worth having. The place is always busy and opens till late just in case you are in search of food late at light. Food is fresh and have quite decent variety. They also do seasonal and fixed sweet dishes which are good as well.
Prices are very nominal and portion size is good. Would recommend it if you are looking for Indian food.

Busy and conveniently located Indian eatery on King Street close to all tram/train stops in CBD! I like going here for snacks rather than a standard meal - I recommend the aalo (potato) samosas and paratha range - we've usually had the aalo parathas which are fairely good on a rainy Melbourne day!

The tea was, personally, unbearably sweet for me so I recommend getting it without sugar if possible and then adding your own.

Went here for a late night dinner and was delighted to find it not just open but packed around midnight. I ordered the three-curry combo with a mix of dahl, potatoes and a veggie mince combo, which I was surprised to see on offer. All were great and moderately spicy but not enough to cover the flavour. The meal didn't come with rice but scooping it up with unlimited roti was nearly a better option. Also, do yourself a favour and get lots of Indian pickles.

Delhi Rocks is one of the Outlet which serves Indian Food in Melbourne, Australia. In April I visited Melbourne and tried this outlet which is located on the King street . This is a nice outlet with good sitting ( little congested) space . I order a Thali which has a option of 2 gravy , half rice and pickle with unlimited Roti options . Each item in thali taste so yummy and Roti served are also hot and fresh. This Thali cost me 10 Australian dollar . This place also had free tea for there Customers . Food is really yummy and fresh . Quality and quantity is also satisfying. Trust me u will love this place if you love Indian food .

Quite happy for the price the food was very delicious and fresh. Roti very authentic and homemade style. Tried lamb, goat, spice chicken, butter chicken curry. Milk tea a bit too sweet.not a big fan of the sweet ball but too dry and way to sweet lol. But in general quite affordable and delicious. Oh wish it could be less salty.

This is a great place for late night food. They have freshly made all you can eat rotti with a choice of 2 or 3 curries from the buffet (curries are not all you can eat). There is also some selection on the menu you can order like briyani. This place is not fancy but they make up for it in there quick service.

Probably my favourite Indian meal in Melbourne, authentic atmosphere with a good mix of Veggie and non-veggie options. Far better service than other similar venues and $12 for unlimited roti thali meal is just right in my opinion. I work long shifts five days a week and having this as a weekly treat gives me something varied to look forward to, especially when the last thing I want to do is cook. Don't forget to grab some free tea with your meal!

I love the curry especially vegetarian one on left hand side. Roti are nice, warm and soft, got some crunchy bit as well. Always got the fresh serve from staff. Staffs are very lovely. The Mango Lassi is the best like smoothie. Definitely come back again. 👍🏻

Thali with a choice of 3 curries for just $12. They have many vegetarian and non vegetarian options to choose from. Unlimited rotis and free chai. If you’re looking for some tasty, simple and pocket friendly north Indian khana, head here.

A gem in the heart of Melbourne. It’s not fancy, it can get very busy and messy during peak nights but it does provide a simple delicious and extremely affordable meal. Today I had the Thali meal for $12 which came with 3 nice and delicious curries coupled with unlimited hot steaming Rotis and chai tea. The vibe took me back to little India in Malaysia (sorry never been to India to comment) where we enjoyed some delicious curries and rotis. Recommended to try and come on quieter hours as it can get extremely busy.

3 curries (veg+ non veg) + unlimited rotis for $12 is worth a value for money meal. As the rotis are hot and soft and the curries are tasty. And they do offer a free hot chai ...
