Interesting concept restaurant offering a travel-inspired dining experience by the head chef, Charlie. Atlas presents different cuisines he encountered during his 8-month trip through 15 countries. The set menu changes every four month to the cuisine of a different country and this time, it was Indian. It went from Smoked Mackerel Bhelpuri, House-Made Paneer Cheese, Grilled Octopus, Duck Thali, and lastly, Gulab Jamun. My personal favourites were Mackerel Bhelpuri and Grilled Octopus.
I was born and raised in Busan, Korea (Yes, Busan from Train to Busan. So you know I'm hard) so I might be a bit biased but I rather enjoyed distinctive flavours of the mackerel. Loved that smokey mackerel flavours which went beautifully together with sweet potatoe and yogurt. Great starter.
Octopus was grilled with some sort of Indian seasoning - mildly spicy if I remember correctly. I was impressed how tender it was because I've been told that it requires a great deal of effort to cook it perfectly. Inside the panipuri, there was this minty sauce which you can pour over to give you that extra kick. Duck Thali was also delicious with the perfect amount of fat attached to each piece but kinda wished curry had more of that good ol'authentic Indian flavours. Overall, decent experience! Would love to try again in a few months.
Another excellent experience at Atlas dining. Cannot stop raving about this place to anyone who asks me where to go for fine food. Charlie the head chef always gets the set menu right. Amazing gastronomic experience. Highly recommend the wine pairing. Can not fault this place at all, lovely friendly attentive staffs, and the atmosphere is great. Can’t wait for the next country set menu experience. Will always be back.
I have been to Atlas 4 times and have enjoyed it each and every time. Most recently we had the Lebanese menu which left us salivating over the chicken kibbe. The food is delicious at Atlas and very reasonably priced. I truly commend Charlie and the team on their ability to change cuisines every 4 months. Learning new dishes and techniques is not an easy task, and at Atlas they're able to execute this so well. Looking forward to coming in again!
The mains were the same size as Entrees (bite size) but food was very tasty. Cocktails were nice but too expensive.
Went to try the American menu. Great experience overall, lovely ambience and a well thought-out menu with a great variety. Highlight was the dessert and brisket.

Abso-bloody-lutely brilliant. Came here on Friday with a friend for the soul food experience. Talk about food that speaks to the soul! The five-course celebration was one of the most fun dinners I've ever had. I don't eat seafood and that was catered for without batting an eyelid. The beef brisket was the absolute standout for me, followed closely by the key lime pie. My friend and I found the never-ending stream of new waitstaff quite funny, as though each course had its own staff member. I was still hungry at the end, and one of the absolute legends got me an extra serving of the brisket. Wow. It's a little pricey at $75 a head plus wine (I think our bill for two was $230), but a wonderful meal nonetheless. Thank you, Atlas!
I had the previous Chinese inspired menu, which I now believe has been changed over, as the restaurant refreshes the theme every 3 months or so.
The service was quick and efficient with each course.
The entree soup with salmon was clean, clear and tasty.
Eggplant birds next had some lovely flavours and textures from the deep fried thread noodles.
The cod was also well done, with firm flesh in a chilli oil sauce.
Pork belly was juicy with a crisp skin.
No matter what the current theme is, the menu is well executed with beautiful presentation and a good understanding of the flavours from the region.
The restaurant design is modern and contemporary, and the rear courtyard is beautiful with the open fireplace.
Service was professional and friendly.
I would recommend a visit, as their set menus are also at a decent price point.
@atlasdining transports their diners to a whole new culinary journey every four months.Had the priviledge to embark on a journey to Korea. Every course brought to the table was spot on and the level of detail is mindblowing. Each dish had true respect to the local produce. Very impressed with the menu by Chef Charlie Carrington. Cant wait to embark on his upcoming journey to Mexico which starts from September 5th to December 23rd.
Atlas Dining is a clear winner for the Australian Dining scene. Premium but not pretentious, driven by an ambitious concept and delivers on delicious food and a great wine and cocktail list. It's an imitate space set on a bustling road, that draws you in time and time again. Could not recommend enough.
Went with a large group during the Chinese menu. What a great experience. Our waitress really knew her stuff and the food was amazing. Didn't expect to get six courses, good value for money.
This restaurant rotates which part of the world the cuisine is and I came here while the Italian menu was on. The food portions were small but they were extremely delicious. The service was also really good and they have an extensive wine menu. Docking 1 star from this review as they tried to give less change than required and pretended like they didn’t charge the surcharge.
Great experience dining at Atlas this week with their Italy menu and wine pairing - All was fantastic from service to all of the dishes and accompanying wines.
Thanks to the Atlas team for an excellent experience and night.
Italian themed dinner at Atlas. The mushroom ravioli was particularly delicious but every dish was well executed, and the service was attentive but not intrusive. Great night.
Absolutely fantastic food and service. First time here and was very impressed with the food and the fact that they have a different country theme every few month.
Loved the boarding pass and passport provided for the Sri Lankan theme this time round.
I will be keen to come back and try out some other country theme in a few months time.
Had dinner here this evening, Singapore theme. Food was absolutely excellent. Service was wonderful and the cocktails were great also. Excellent wines and well priced also. The 5 course was delicious, food was 10/10 and well priced!!!
Every dish was beautifully balanced, Great flavors, great textures and presentation.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and night out. Can’t believe we hadn’t been here sooner! Thank you Atlas looking forward to visiting again soon.
