I came here with my mate. The burger was nice and juicy. I also got the chips with loads of ingredients on it. Def a place if you want something naughty.
Delicious American style burgers. I went with the too cheesy and added bacon. Tasty chips too with a range of sauces. Highly recommend the chipotle mayo.
They will without issue replace the cheese for vegan cheese for us lactose intolerant peeps. Must have is the McSam, which isnβt a rip off of the BigMac honest lol
Weβve eaten at Hello Sam a few times. They serve up some really tasty burgers, fries and onion rings - perfect for a chilled outing. The restaurant is close to all that chapel street has to offer with friendly service, affordable prices and good food.
Had the big mcsam and it was delicious. Double patty so great size as well. I rather this burger real high Iβll be back.
Seating is very cramped, even for two people, but the food is great and the service is excellent

I am crazy about this place. When I dream it's about their burgers, when I have nightmares, it's about not having their burgers.
The settings is comfortable, like a chic diner and the service is friendly and (usually) fast. Milkshakes that washes down well and fries that make you thirsty for more milkshakes.
If you what to be impressed by plant-based burgers, go here now. Oh, and I guess if you eat meat, I hear they do that kind of thing here too.

β 10/10 for the CHOOKIE CHIPS! βEASY WINNER! on this particular occasion we decided to jump on the loaded fries menu and see how they go! π from the taste of these chookie chips, i gotta say they are legit better than the burgs i had π² no joke.. im all about the burgers but these bad boys are next level good! π THEY ARE THE BOMB.COM! π£ i got excited eating every bite of this π the amount of flavour packed on those fries is EPIC! π I don't say that lightly, this is practically a Chicken HSP on flavour steroids! π CHUNKY tender pieces of spice marinated chicken thigh fillet, topped with a daaaamn good chipotle mayo! I have yet to have a less than perfect meal here! Their dishes are full of flavour and the staff are so friendly. They often have daily specials to keep things exciting! And they just released a new vegan range that is soooo good. Top work ππΌ

This restaurant prices itself in offering burgers and beer. We took the option of the burger salad (sans bun). Little heavy on the sauce but good sized serves of meat and veg.
Sweet potato chips were a good accompaniment to an overall fulfilling meal.
Iβve read great raves about this place and most of them are 5 βοΈs. Iβve been wanting to try this burger joint since I always pass the area but itβs always packed when I pass by. Finally, I went in and told me self Iβll eat in packed or not. Glad I came here at 1500 and luckily I was the only customer at that time.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The vibe is warm too. I mean the place is not too fancy where it gets intimidating to some people like me to come in.

and Sweet Potato Fries π β I love the contrast between the sweetness of the starch and the umami of the spices.
Overall experience was delightful. Price is pretty reasonable. Paid $25 for burger, chips and drinks. Be back to try more!

First time at Hello Sam and will be back. Good indoor / outdoor seating, friendly and attentive service, food came pretty quick, went with a McSam for first visit, was tasty, patties good and seasoned well, little bit of bun collapse at the end, fries good. Half star taken off for meat juices on platter, needed 1/2 mins to rest but minor quibble, lots of options and look forward to next visit to try some other burgers
Patties (cooked pinkish as originally meant to be - if you insist on well done, maybe reconsider and go to Macca's, HJs or a slightly dry Grill'd patty up the road) are the highlight. Never had a bad meal here, prices as expected perhaps a touch higher for gourmet burger joint.
Drop in to a local fav, it won't disappoint (unless you need your beef overcooked)
A very good place to get some above average burgers with ease of ordering and convenience. The waitress was incredibly friendly and was a customer driven person who immediately catered to each need.
The food itself was a little on the heavier side (my fault for adding the additional cheese) but the replication of the duck was done incredibly well. The chips were probably better off in a smaller sizing as they were quite overpowering. Overall great value for money with great service
