Love this place for quick pick up takeaway of BBQ pork and duck.
I have slipped on two occasions when stepping down out of this restaurant though as the pavement is very slippery there when wet.
Hands-down the best roast pork I’ve eaten Melbourne. The pork skin was so crunchy, the meat was tender and season perfectly.

My fave comfort food place in Melbourne. Always great food, great service, and unlike most chinese restaurant, this one is super clean just like a 4 stars restaurant.
This place needs a heritage protection!! Must be preserved for future generations 😁

The best comfort food in Melbourne! You can never go wrong ordering food here, especially roast duck, roast chicken, crispy skin pork and all kind of seafood dish. Free delicious soup when eating in. Friendly service too!
The soup is good. Other dishes are too salty.
Pros: crab claws were not the typical ones you get at weddings, it had real crab shreds in it! All bbq meats were perfection. One of the best places for it.
Cons: the dry noodles were bland so best to add soy sauce to it.
- Roast duck: meat was tender and juicy, not too salty. The skin was not crispy but was well-seasoned and not soggy.
- Stir-fried veg (can't remember which one now): not salty so it went well with the other 2 dishes
- Seafood & beancurd claypot: a little saltier than the other two dishes but went nicely with rice. The seafood tasted fresh and not fishy. The fish cake in here were really tasty too, a little sweet. The tofu and veggies soaked up all of the sauce so they were really flavourful.
Overall I really enjoy the dishes I tried here. Service was prompt and staff were attentive enough. The interior doesn't look great but the food makes up for it.
You can’t go past Pacific House for some good seafood. Great food with so much flavour. We ordered mum crab with ginger Shallots and egg noodles, crispy silken tofu, salt and pepper prawns with shell! These were all accompanied with some lovely Chinese broccoli and we finished with banana fritter and fried buns - delish food at great value! Highly recommended
We have been coming here for yonks to get our roasted duck fix. While their prices are slightly higher than other places, you are almost always guaranteed a plump, meaty and well seasoned duck. The multiple spices used are well balanced and don't get me started on their Chinese sausage. It's salty, umami and goes perfectly with rice. Service is a bit hit and miss, as with the majority of these sorts of places.

Short Melbourne trip after Christmas: focusing on takeaway meals and outdoor dining only in order to reduce covid risks 😅. Takeaway dinner from one of our favorites - Pacific Seafood BBQ House in Richmond. Reliably good food 🙂. Amazingly fast service too - we called to order and arrived in 10 minutes, and the food was ready 😮😮.

Absolutely love this place. A very popular place in Richmond. The food was so fresh and tasty and the price was reasonable. We had the
Lobster which as you would expect on the high side but if we didn't have that we would have definitely been paying much less. Peking duck, roast duck, xo pipi and fried rice were so reasonable. The service was spot on and all the food tasted delicious. We will definitely be coming back to try the steamed fish and other specialties

We had the Szechwan Chicken and 3 roasts. Our third visit and never disappoints. Juicy tender and well seasoned flavours. Traditional style cooking.

Simply amazing
Chinese comfort food. Duck on rice, bitter melon with black bean. Shame they don’t do the complimentary soup anymore. Food still top notch. I’ve always found lunchtime great for a quick meal.
Authentic Chinese food, better than Chinatown. Service is quick & staff are friendly. Highly recommend booking ahead.
