Ordered a small size beef pho for $13. All there in the bowl are 3 pieces of beef and 3 bites of noodle. The pictures are exactly what I got. If you guys want to serve a meal for lunch, I would suggest a bit extra for the noodles since they are cheap. With the amount of noodles for lunch, I am very disappointed and leaving hungry. Not impressed.

I try to come to this place as often as I can when lunch breaks allow it. Sunny and his team/family have done an amazing job running this place by providing great food and service to the area!
Solid coffee and the pad Thai is one of the best pad thais I’ve ever had (and that’s coming from someone who often flys to Bangkok for the food!!)

Honestly the nicest coffee I’ve had in a while. Currently needing to drink decaf and I think many places take that to mean that I want a weak coffee - which I obviously don’t! I want to have all the flavour without the caffeine and that’s what I had here. Thanks!

I had some rice paper rolls from which had a beautiful dipping sauce accompanying them. I also tried a pesto sandwich which had a delicious flavour (same flavour on the yummy pesto pasta salad l) but the highlight has to be their delectable chocolate brownie which was simply sublime

Friday in office is day of scouting new place for lunch with colleagues.<br/>As usual zomato reviews and menu availability for nearby restaurants helped us to zero in Café Ella.<br/>Brisk walk-in Sun led to busy CE.<br/>Four of us ordered different dishes. My choice was foccacia (vegetable) with veg salad.<br/>Many of office goers were picking up parcels and equal number was having lunch inside, outside seating area.<br/>Service was little delayed but when arrived it was perfect. Good portion with properly added contents in Turkish Bread made focaccia enjoyable.<br/>Quick lunch at CE was good option.

Have been frequenting this cafe for a while and I must say that it has everything you'd ever dream of. From great coffee to lovely Asian and western meals, Cafe Ella has it all! Their service is also an A+.

The staff are so friendly and lovely and the food is just amazing. Won’t be able to find food this delicious at this price point. I look forward to their Thursday pork rolls and Friday southern fried chicken! I don’t know what southern their southern fried chicken is but even though it’s not ‘American southern’ it’s definitely unique and so delicious! Their pies are delicious too! Although they make their dishes different to the ‘original’, they all taste wonderful!

Tried Cafe Ella today. Can’t believe how many Thai restaurants there are on St Kilda Road at the moment! I ordered the green curry. It was slightly spicy. I wish there had been more sauce though. The pho was a bit plain but easily fixed with the help of spicy sauce!

Awesome food & friendly staff. Always packed at lunch times. Try the Asian items, not just the sandwiches. Great Pad Thai and lovely Pho! I really enjoy the food from this place.

such a lovely cafe in a great location. all the food is tasty, fresh and made with love - as well as being sold at a very reasonable price point! definitely recommend trying their delicious muffins and daily specials of hot food - i’ve also been told their pad thai is a must try!

3.5/5 <br/>A big cafe w indoor and outdoor seating. <br/><br/>I’ve had some good sandwiches here, some chicken and salad wraps and a really unfortunate coffee. <br/><br/>Overall the service is really good, and the sandwiches and wraps really tasty. Although the sandwiches have a lot of added salt.<br/><br/>And I won’t have another coffee though lol

Eat here often as I work in the building. I usually always get the Tandoori Chicken Roti Wrap which is pretty fantastic on it's own. Adding chips or a salad takes it to $10 for the meal which is very reasonable and well priced. I've tried the grilled chicken Roti wrap and wasn't a huge fan of it so I usually go with the Tandoori Chicken wrap. The staff are kind and polite. A great experience overall and a returning customer for sure.

This place is classic. Came for a bagel and a long black and that's exactly what I got. The weather is great so I'm sitting outside. Great place to collect a few tokens on my new game hot wheels race off. Still trying to beat level 16. If anyone has any tips please let me know. Had pork roll with apple sauce and Thai green curry. Pork roll was dry...mealy...and just not great!! Thai curry ...well I don't know what that was....but definitely not Thai curry....Highly non recommended.

Came here for a quick breakfast before our USA visa interview and got exactly what we wanted - a delicious bacon and egg sandwich and steaming hot cup of latte. Good prices and quick service.

A most wonderfully warm cafe. I haven't eaten here in over 2 years & Sunny still remembers me. Thursday lunchtime is great if you like pork with crackling. Always a joy to eat here. Food is solidly good & fantastic warm care & service ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️
