Review Trampoline Gelato - Melbourne

Farah Faruque
Quaint little shop packed with great flavors with lots of outdoor seating areas in front of the Yarra River. The staff at the shop was friendly, she let us try a few flavors before deciding which one to get. My personal favorite was the Coffee Crunch :)

Having had a lack lustre meal at Rhumb's we thought we would delve into a bit of flavour. We weren't let down this time. Apart from the jaw dropping price, the Gelato was a true taste sensation.

Go there regularly with my cycling group. The chocolate milk shake is one of the best. Staff are always friendly. Keep the good job, Trampoline.

It took us sometime to make the order. The staff were very patient and helpful. The Gelato were so delicious. We ordered salted caramel, Lemon and Black forest, love our cup, definitely come back.

Rude! Awful staff! Ordered 2 scoops for my elderly father. Asked nicely for a larger cup to avoid him spilling his ice cream and was refused. Was even happy to pay extra, but was told that if they started doing that, then they would have to start doing it for everyone. What a ridiculous reply. I see another reviewer experienced something similar....

The service was quite slow (probably because the flavours don't have intuitive names and not descriptions). The prices were also far too expensive for what was sold. A "monster sundae" was $9.80 and had 4 of the smallest scoops, they didn't even half fill the cup they were served in.

Service was slow, the ice cream scoops were embarrassingly small, and after ordering 3 individual flavours we discovered that the only difference between them was their colour. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one.

Zero star! I was excited for icecream in this scorching hot Melbourne summer. Very very very disappointed with the service. I ordered a sundae for $9 and it was suppose to have three scoops of ice cream. The quantity of the 3 scoops was so less, I mean the ice cream lady didn’t even make a proper scoop of icecream! Barely scraped through the icecream with the scooper! :( I wonder what they serve for one scoop of icecream? A teaspoon full?? Ice cream did taste good, no denying there! However I will never buy from them again! Sad :(
