Great cafe.
No frills breakfasts but a great feed none the less, their homemade beans were epic! Huge selection of sandwiches and salads and delicious fresh squeezed juices.
Everything is also really well priced and service was good.
I went in here for breakfast and instantly became a fan of this place without even eating anything from here. The seating area is huge with long Tables and benches. But the best part is the display of their sandwiches. They look stunning and I wanted to try all of them. Bullrun cafe is located on flinders lane and is busy with office people from around that area. The staff was very friendly and was smiling all the time which I really liked. The service was quick. I got the sandwich right away when I placed the order at the counter and I was given a number and the wrap was served hot to me on the table.
3.5. This place is huge inside! It's becoming one of my fave lunch places to go as I am a bit bored of the cold salads, sandwiches and wraps a lot of shops are offering for lunch around my workplace. I got the tandoori chicken roti wrap which they toast on the spot and it was nice and warm. Very tasty and filling! Â
The second time I went, I got a quiche lorraine and caesar salad, but that didn't go quite well. It was heated up unevenly and the egg filling was a bit too thick and soggy. The pastry was great though. The caesar salad was almost all greens, didn't see other elements in it.
The third time I went, I got a peri peri chicken roti wrap. This was a bit spicy and was average. A bit too salty in flavour. I still prefer the tandoori chicken roti wrap which they didn't have when I went today.
Well this place has been hidden gem in the flinders street with variety of cuisines served. I recently tried this place during lunch and ordered lamb and Lasagne. Both the items were well cooked and presented. You can have the option of adding salad or chips with both the items on top of 2 dollars. Worth the money spent and overall good experience.
This is the best coffee shop in Melbourne from my short experience while traveling the city. They excel in service every time and their breakfast is the best. Itâs next to my office . So itâs my regular place for breakfast during my stay in Melbourne. Excellent work ..
This is one of my usual places that I visit as it is close to my work and they have variety of food from sandwiches to hot food and soup. I prefer to go here 1-2 time a week, even though they have variety, they could change the warm food more and have better choices. Food is clean and I like the taste. When it comes to portion, they do seem to hesitate when filing your plate. I would recommend having smaller plates but put it properly so customersâ eyes are filled before their tummy. Also, I saw the owner getting sushi while they have variety of food in their place, just leaves a question mark in customersâ mind as âwhy arenât you having your own foodâ. Overall, I would recommend the place for lunches.
Working at 101 Collins, this is easily the best cafe within a couple of blocks radius; consistently well made drinks, a good range of food that is ready-to-go and quick, friendly service. Can't ask much more from a quick lunch pit-stop.
Solid range of foods including wraps, foccacias, salads, sandwiches, muffins, hot foods (Western/Indian/Italian etc). Quick & Easy takeaway with plenty of seating if you want to get away from the office as well.Â
Only ever ordered Hot Food from here and I find as it rotates daily some of it is hit and miss. But I would definitely give it a go.
Huge range, great food. Will be back for sure. I'm pretty sure I've just found my new favourite lunch place while I'm a work, and free wifi!

Had a breakfast burger yesterday, simply delicious, super fast and friendly service. Clean and lovely ambience as well. Highly recommended!
I was searching around for big breakfast (BBF) that comes with hash brown and I found it at Bullrun Cafe! The BBF comes with 3 pieces of middle bacon (a little dry), 2 pieces of bread, grilled half tomato, one sausage, mushrooms (well seasoned), baked beans (which I requested to remove them) and a crispy hash brown. The price is reasonable ($21) for the portion. Will come again when I return to Melb.
Simple and wholesome food in the heart of the city. They have a wide selection of food - from pasta, lasagne, parma, chicken Kiev to salads to cafe style food.
Had a big breakfast and a mocha on a saturday morning. Nice relaxed venue with friendly staff.
Food came out quiet quick but the speed didnt tarnish the quality. It was all lovely and well presented and prepared.
Venue has a large amount of seating for bigger groups as well.
Went there while they were still in the middle of opening up for the morning, the staff were super accommodating to make me coffees and hot breakfast. Thank you!
Good coffee (americano and flat white in the picture). Lot's of room/seating. A comfortable atmosphere, not too loud music. Easy to find by the street. Their food and bakeries looked tempting, but I did not try any of them. Friendly staff. Would recommend this place.
