I ordered off the app using a voucher. As there were some issues with the app, they were happy to take my order again in store and deduct the voucher manually (even though it was an app-only voucher). The woman who helped me (who I assume was the manager) was very friendly and efficient, and also asked to record the issue so that it could be solved for the future. Given how busy it was, I was surprised she offered this much care and time to me.
My noodle salad was very yummy as were the sweet potato fries and they were very filling for lunch.
Decided to try their bao range as EatClub was offering 2 free baos (tofu & roast pork belly) to new & existing users.
Bao:
Tofu $4.9
Roast Pork Belly $5.5
Really loved the roast pork belly bao as it made just right but the tofu bao was really disappointing as it’s was rather dry and lacking in tofu. I honestly felt like after a certain point, I was just eating the baoz

The 4 star review is reflective of the quick service, good pricing and spice levels of my BBH. I ordered these noodles thinking that Vietnamese franchises tend to go easy on the spice. Rolld proved me wrong - it was spicy, the beef didn’t taste Haney
Absolutely love this place! Modern Viet street food, super fresh, plenty to choose from and soooo yummy! The line is always out the door during lunch!

I have been trying a lot of Vietnamese salad recently. I decided to try poached chicken breast salad here today. It was really good. It also comes with prawn crackers. It goes so well together. I really like it.
Food is always fresh and quick. Heaps of options. Service is always efficient and polite. Love the rice paper rolls (agree with others and not super keen on new dipping sauce packaging though)
One of my favourite lunch spots in the cbd. Always a long queue at lunchtime but worth the wait in my opinion. The soldiers are always fresh and the pho is fantastic and tastes the same as pho in Vietnam!
This is where It all began, the original Roll’d store. A constant lunch favourite amongst the office towers that still draws lunch queues although nothing like it did a few years ago (most probably due to improved operating efficiencies and more local competition ). The food here is always made fresh and service is quick and efficient for your grab and go lunch. Still one of the best cup of Pho around and for $6.50 really reasonable. Low carb rice paper rolls always a healthy choice although prices have more than doubled since opening.
Are all the Roll’d venues the same? Kind of. Sort of. This one seems even busier than most. The Dear Luncher opted for the Viet Salad with lemongrass beef, and FMD the amount of beef supplied for this dish was immense. The ability to add a side and drink for an additional $5 represents superb value folks. This particular glutton added the chicken ribs and a pepsi. The Viet salad was fresh and crisp. The added fresh chilli adds a nice kick. Roll’d is consistently good for a lunch. A reliable option when in doubt.
Roll'd CBW is my go-to lunch spot if I'm in a hurry. Things you can always guarantee on are: good flavour, fairly quick service and friendly staff. I usually get the low-carb tofu soldiers which are always delicious, although the wrapping can sometimes be too sticky and I've frequently found them torn open when I've opened up my box. This is obviously disappointing but doesn't impact my lunch too much. Sometimes it's worse than others, and sometimes it's perfect. The Pho is always delicious and I like the fact they offer another low-carb option for you. The BBQ chicken banh mi is absolutely delicious and I love the fact they use pate, which some places seem to skip. All in all- a great quick lunch spot in the city!
Update: It’s been a while since I reviewed this place and they have gotten better. Cheers.
Old review:
Wasn't all that impressed.
Used a Ritual App to order a couple Bao, chicken and pork.
I arrived just as the app had suggested that the order was finished and ready for pick up. No one call out my name, no one served me, it took another 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. Finally when they did serve me, the food was sitting there waiting.
The food itself was a bit average. The buns tasted a little old and the filling wasn't amazing. Not sure I'll return. A lot of other Vietnamese restaurants, cheaper and better quality.
Possibly an unpopular opinion, but great tasting pho, properly hot and a pretty good tofu banh mi. Rolls could be crunchier and lighter, tofu would be much better served hot and meat could be slightly finer, but overall a good 4 stars from me as the tastes are all there and the quality was pretty high.
Best roll'd I've been to!! The first store where they made soldiers for me fresh, because the ones from the display were sold out.! And it was just before closing. Thank you ! so delicious.
Friendly service too.
