Ordered a quick office lunch - a pork bulgogi bowl and it was oh so delicious! The takeaway pack came with kimchi and chilli sauce and it was amazing too. Loved the flavour of the pork slices paired with onion went really well with the rice. The mushroom, pickled cucumber and carrot could have tasted better, but all in all it was a great quick meal.
Best Deeokbokki in town!
Staff are always lovely and flavours are always consistent đź’•
First time checking out this Korean street food restaurant along hardware lane in the cbd! I don’t have Korean food very often so many of the dishes on the menu were new to me and I let me friends do the ordering. We had fried dumplings, kimchi pancake, chicken bulgogi, steamed rice and noodle broth soup with chicken on the bone. All of the flavours were really strong, a bit spicy and delicious. Great place to come with friends and share multiple dishes so you can try a bit of everything.
I love any cuisine street foods. Highly recommended the kimbap, rice cakes, fried chickens, soups. The service is good. Loved the outdoor seating. Super affordable
Very busy, so either get there early or you'll need to wait but not for too long. Food came out relatively quick. Food was absolutely delish! We had the pork mandoo, kimchi pancake (maybe a bit too thick), feel fried squid leg (A MUST HAVE!!) and soy pork (the sauce was amazing especially enjoyed with some rice)! Definitely will come back to try other dishes!
Great meal and service - fantastic range of Korean meals that were value for money. Only missing a star due to our table being a bit wobbly which was a concern due to the hotplate- easily fixed and didnt stop us from enjoying the meal
Food was actually pretty nice! The rice cakes with cheese were amazing. The vegetarian kimbap was a little dry but nevertheless Would definitely come back
I’ve been here twice.
Love the ambience. The store set-up gave off a Korean vibe. The spacing was quite small but could be extended to the street. I like that they just casually added table and seats for us on the street.
Service was prompt and accommodating.
We ordered Ddeokbokki, Kimchi tofu stew (big enough for 2), chive pancake and fried chicken.
Food was quite standard, just like other decent Korean places but very good value for the portion (Ddeokbokki was only $10). I’ve never tried but heard from my friend that their chicken feet was not bad too.
Vego friendly which was a bonus. Will definitely come back.

Sitting in this restaurant feels like we are in Korea. The decoration gives a Korean vibe. Our favourite dish jjim dak stew. We also really like the spicy chicken with cheese. It is extremely spicy though, so its not for the weak heartes.
Fantastic food! Lovely staff. The lane way is vibrant and slightly chaotic! In a good way! Stumbled upon this one whilst on another mission, but glad I did. I did a takeaway , walked 10 or so minutes to the car, decided to eat there as I wasn't sure about my parking meter, food still so hot and delicious after the trek. Head and shoulders above a place like "the rice workshop" . Diced chicken and chili with cabbage . Awesome!!
Superb - I typed “food” into Google Maps and this excellent venue was the first to pop up! A great healthy meal at a good price. Delicious tasty Korean street food with a comfortable environment. The menu has lots to choose from and the prices are so reasonable.
Korean beer is available or other non alcoholic beverages to choose from. Take away or dine in with friendly staff and fast delivery of you tasty order.
The music playing in house is not too loud and catchy Korean K-Pop.
Hardware Lane here in Melbourne is a great place to visit for some excellent variety of food, and this place is a highly recommended venue.

P/s: there’s limited indoor seats at the actual place, but if you are happy to eat outdoors it’s fine
Loved it. They were quick to serve and food taste good. If your a spicy lover try the cuttle fish snacks.
The famous chicken fried snack is also a must to have.
Their peach wine is nice and mild to have few bottles.
They are so cuteeee. We came ordering dinner take away. They only do kimbap for lunch but did it for us for dinner just because they're such lovely people. A pretty young lady and a nice gentlement. Should have asked for your names. Will definitely come back 🥰
I was saved.Because it is open until late.
(I arrived in Melbourne at midnight.)
Toppogi was very delicious.
I’m not good at spicy food. But it was very delicious.
good!A cute and kind girl working in a shop.
I want to go again
Quality, affordable Korean food served in a cozy environment. From tteokbokki to tugim, Ohsso covers nearly all the dishes you could want.
Good lunch specials for those who need to get in and out, as well. Definitely worth your visit, in my opinion!
