The reason I give it for 4 is they are not sold Japanese cheese cake any more. That one is soooo soft I’d like to have it everyday, matcha latte is another reason why I came here. Waiting for the cheesecake back
Little Rogue's sister cafe, Shambles uses the same beans, so for me a little on the acidic/sour side with the house blend.
Bright, nicely designed cafe with different seating configurations, it's a neat little space.
My small strong latte is $4.50, so 50c is charged for the extra shot.
Service is friendly and bubbly.
They bake their own pastries in-house and for me, is better than Lune.
The plain croissant is larger, has a very good honeycomb structure, you can taste the quality butter used, and it’s very flaky.
Bright white minimalist cafe. The coffee was great and the beans had a lovely natural sweetness to them.
Great coffee near work. My all time favourite go to croissant is their ham and cheese. There’s a hidden surprise of a sweet relish. Amazingly good. Keep up a great work!
Love their matcha though. We tried the matcha brownie and matcha latte and loved them both. It was just right, not too weak, not to overwhelm. Too bad that the day we visited doesn't have the matcha cheese cake.
highly recommend the matcha latte, it had an intense matcha flavour io it and the taste was amazing. Will come and try their snacks next time. Close to work
Came to this darling joint because their sister branch Little Rogue was pretty impressive.. they sold similar things and we had the Matcha, Michael Jackson which is essentially a latte plus an espresso and a toasted ham & cheese croissant...the matcha felt grainy and authentic.. the coffees were also very decent.. price wasn’t too bad and I would definitely come back to try this little cafe..

🍩Lizzie enjoyed: I order nothing but the matcha latte time and time again - and it’s the perfect sweetness. I love how milky it is but yet it still has the matcha flavour that’s not too overpowering.
🍅Lizzie did not enjoy: I have unfortunately seen a small fruit fly in the pastry cabinet so I wouldn’t touch that if I were you. Drinks are where it’s at.

Love this little place. They make a killer matcha and good coffee. Great attention to detail and a quaint little set up suitable for a weekday catch up in the cbd.
Mocha flavour is pure, neat and calming with clean, cute and precise products. The matcha pastry was natural flavoured. For those looking to have an unwind and smooth experience this is the place.
Stumbled on this place whilst walking around. Fit out is simple and clean. Good ambiance. Selection of coffee is impressive. I had a batch brew, it was well balanced l and smooth. Customer service is good. And they have an arrangement of desserts on offer for those with a sweet tooth.
Such a nice cafe. I tried the batch brew, flat white, and ham & cheese croissant. The coffees were excellent, and the ham & cheese croissant was delicious; crunchy, flakey, and cheesy on the inside. Service was friendly & helpful.
Had a great coffee and absolutely delicious bagel here! When I ordered the bacon bagle I was expecting bacon on a bagel, but what I got was so much better - a delicious, thick cream cheese spread with bacon bits and chives in it... Wow, so delicious! Definitely coming back 👌
That was one of the best espressos I've ever had, absolute perfection. Also the Danish was delicious, the staff lovely and the decor cool and laid back.

Here & Little Rogue & Bakemono. All are my favourite stop for coffee and some bakery goods. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Great little gem in the CBD. Delicious coffee and at the top of my list for hot chocolate. The staff are very friendly. They even offered to make me a new cup when I clumsily spilled some of my coffee.
To top it off, they have some good reading material if you sit down for your drink.
Shambles is a great coffee place! The guys are very friendly and make consistently great coffee - I always keep coming back.
They also have some really nice sweets - the madeleines are great, but even more so, their matcha brownie is amazing!
I like the new renovated interior as well :)
