Not sure about the pizzas or anything else, but I totally rec the "vegan pizza" AKA the zataar Lebanese pizza. It was made fresh and is absolutely delicious. Perfect dough, perfect toppings. What more can you ask for? I found that I did need to wait a little bit before I was serviced/able to order and one person came and left while I was waiting (presumably because they didn't want to keep waiting?)

Pretty sure the guy who served me was high on drugs when I went, could barely keep his eyes open and slurred his words. Not to mention he was wearing his mask on his chin and kept scratching his head then handling food.
Edit: went again today to give them another change. The cheese on the pizza was so stringy it all stuck together and fell off the Pizza, and there was no crust at all.

Years ago we would say here so when I was in the city I thought I’ll revisit! Safe to say it’s the same old style of pizza - which is a good thing. I like the old school pizzas, the dough was good and there was enough toppings- yes Hawaiian pizza is one of my faves and so is pepperoni!

I have to say Pepperoni's is the best value Pizza in the city. With how amazingly generous the slice portions are, the 3 slices for $5.50 essentially nets you an almost half pizza. The atmosphere is chill, staff are very attentive and there is plenty of seating within.
I personally ordered the Aussie myself and have to say it is the best Aussie pizza I have ever tasted. The ingredients are simple and so is the flavour but it just hits the spot after having some cold ones and is inconsiderate quintessential munchies food.
Being all your mates here, you won't regret how fair priced and tasty their pizza and menu really is!

ordered Tandoori chicken, and fries and wedges. to be honest its an utter disgrace for Tandoori chicken and Pizza. wedges and fries were soggy. had to throw all the food away (worth $58.50). When I tried calling about it, the person who received the call around 4:30am on 20/07/2019 (identified himself first as CHERRY, then GERRY and finally as CHAY), said the food was freshly made. I never speak bad about food but this was not even fit for pigs. I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even if you are starving to death.

Excellent eating experience..we group of friends. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, we are about to order 3 pizzas and 1 pasta ..
but employee recommended me to take deal3 that comes with a starter garlic bread and also 1.25litre drink..we were happy and placed order.
They surprised by bringing all the food just within 10 mins and pizzas are hot and delicious.
Their tandoori pizza was awesome and wish to eat when I am in city.
Their prawns and scallops (risotto) pasta meal was served hot and excellent taste...
Reasonable prices and also they have great deals for pizzas.
Finally , I have to make free time and visit again.

Not bad for a quick and ready bite on the run. Carbonara was good, but I came for the cheesecake. $8.90 got me a huge slice and my choice flavour scoop of ice cream. Try as I might, I couldn't tackle it. So delicious though! That cheesecake and value for money is def 4 star.

Walked past this shop all the time but first time going in after work for a quick dinner. Got two pieces - Aussie and super special. The pizza slices were just slightly warm and not hot enough. The flavours are just flat and was average.

Don't go here expecting fine dining or anything close to it. If you do, you'll be bitterly disappointed. But if you visit knowing what you're getting yourself into, Pepperoni's isn't *too* bad. At least they have vegan options and are pretty heavy-handed with the toppings. For a cheap, fast food pizza joint, they're okay.

Cheap and cheerful instant food when it's late, you're drunk and don't want to wait in line. This was me on NYE. No complaints.<br/>The pizza was pretty soggy and not a gourmet pizza by any means, but for $2.50 a slice it does the trick.

If there was an option to rate in negative, I'd have done that. Bad/stale and soggy pizza, rude staff and misleading information on the menu. Don't trust their gluten free pizza as they sneak gluten into the (regular gluten free) toppings without any prior information on the menu whatsoever. When I called them regarding this, they kept hanging up and after about half an hour, they rudely stated that only the base is gluten free.

Just overall bad pizza, got it delivered and it was a soggy mess on a paper thin base that couldn't hold the normal amount of toppings little lone the amount they piles on there! Wedges are pretty good though; don't bother unless you are just as much of a drunk mess as this is at 3am and it's the only thing open.

I usually get home delivery from this place. I will admit the pizzas are nothing fancy. They are your traditional pizzas but they work. I love the Pepperoni with ham and capsicum and the lamb pizza is great too. What is great about this place is their cakes! They have some great cake slices like mars bars, tim tams etc. they also have other meals too which look good although have not tried yet. Overall a very good place for traditional pizza

You get what you pay for...<br/><br/>I was curious about this place and thought I'd try it out. They have a three pizza slices for $5.50 (went up 50c) for fast turn around of orders and their pizza menu seems cheaper than their competitors but there is a reason for that. Their pizza are not quite filling as your typical pizza places; they are light on toppings, the flavours are not quite right and it will probably leave many regular pizza diners hungry. The slices are a regular slice, not generous but a typical slice you'd find when you buy a whole (you would probably get a better deal having two slices or pizza from the markets for the same price due to more fillings). The ambiance seemed fine, casual and not at all cramp. Staff seemed laid back but friendly. Being a 24 hours place, they probably benefit those at crazy hours at night/early mornings. It's probably a place for a quick cheap-eat or when nothing else is opened.

I used to get Pepperoni’s pizza when I lived in Melbourne so when I was staying close by for GP 18 I had to try it. I ordered a supreme delivered with garlic bread and I was not disappointed, it was great and garlic bread was good too

Got a BBQ chicken pizza from MealPal. Probably one of the best pizza I've ever had. It was flavourful without being overwhelming, and the topping was spread evenly across the surface with bits of ham here and there, creating an wonderful experience that wasn't just uniform. Not sure about the other food that tends to just sit there, but if it's fresh pizza, I'll definitely be coming back.

I am not ashamed to say I was up all night engaged in a Netflix marathon and frankly the need for pizza arose. We were mental enough to drive thirty minutes to the CBD for pizza in the early hours of the morning to a 24 hour pizza place. To say I was shattered upon arriving home to realise that the chicken pizza had onions all over it would be an understatement. Why doesn’t the menu mention onion? I truly loathe and despise onion. As such I didn’t enjoy the experience

First, I wouldn't call it a pizza. It looked filthy and tasted like a poor man's Indian cheese pancake ( cheese dosa ). Honestly the worst dosa would have tasted better. The crust was burnt, toppings were soggy, oily and overcooked. Should improvise on quality and pricing. $10 Pizza deal is not worth it. Will not come back.

PIZZA ! :)<br/>Quick and easy: My friend Stewie will say sometimes when he is cooking something that he is making 'quick and easy' and so too is the decision to have Pepperoni's for breakfast. They have a 'breaky pizza' which I am curious to try. One is bacon and egg, the other sausage and egg, I have 2 slices such as this and a third of margherita as well. The pizza is good, tasty and filling and at $2 a slice, $8 with my hot chocolate it's decent enough value I think. Will I go back there? Yes, probably to try the cakes on offer :)

So I've noticed most of the people leaving positive reviews with photos, have all visited during the DAY. Come night time, the leftover pizza is still sitting there. It's so dry the cheese tastes like rubber and the pizza itself like cardboard. My partner tried the kebab and also complained about how dry the meat was. <br/><br/>The staff are rude AF as well. Absolutely no customer service skills.... You're better off going to McDonald's next door 👍

Ordered online and the estimated delivery was 1 hour. I waited nearly 2 hours for my food! Usually I'm not this critical of restaurants but I've had timing issues with Pepperoni's a number of times. Not the best place to get delivery .. probably won't come back/order from here again. There are many other more reliable (and tasty) pizza and fast food spots in the CBD.

You've caught me out! Pepperonis has been a guilty pleasure of mine ever since I moved to Melbourne. Any pizza you order here will likely be good. But perhaps a good idea to stick to the basics as some of the more complex pizzas can be hit and miss. Order the eponymous Pepperoni pizza. I loved the lamb donor pizza but I'm not sure if it's still on the menu? I loved this pizza, it was a winner, if you catch it on the menu you should order it for sure. <br/><br/>Of course you shouldn't expect a gourmet pizza but the Lamb Donor pizza was honestly almost on that level for me. I love that Pepperonis do delivery, they also are one of the few places to deliver traditional-type desserts (the ones they list aren't really to my taste, but I think it's good that along with Dominos they are heralding in an era of fast food delivery places making their dessert menu available). Have got delivery from here and pizza arrives well, crust and toppings in tact and definitely not soggy. If you are after a delivery pizza I would put this a second in the Inner South delivery options (after Dominos) <br/><br/>Some might rag on the idea of eating in, but I've always found it to be a pleasant experience. The restaurant offers a little (and affordable) bit of respite in one of the CBD's most hectic hotspots. 24/7 opening hours are of course much appreciated. Service excellent regardless of the time of day you go in.

There’s some definite appeal in Pepperonis, with its 24 hour availability and low price point for pizza slices. A single slice only sets you back $2, whilst getting three entitles you to paying only $5. I had a slice of the Hawaiian and it’s all a bit too McCain’s for me, bringing back some horror student memories. Not the biggest slice or the warmest, I guess Domino’s might be a fairer option at a more normal hour.

Tried pizza here in the past and it wasn't that bad really. Pretty much similar to most Melbourne pizza joints. This time though, i am trying their kebab pack. The verdict? It's edible. The meat is thick and dry. The chips tasted just okay. The aioli sauce helps in making it edible. At least the portion is right.

Worst experience ever!!! I thought I would try them. So I ordered for the first time last weekend. They delivered my pizzas to the wrong apartment. I called them an hour later to say pizzas not arrived and wanted to speak to the manager. The manager told me that I was lying and told me to **** off. He said he would not refund me or redeliver the pizzas. In the end I had to order pizzas from somewhere else. It was so embarrassing as my guests had to wait for yet another 45mins for dinner. Ordered a pizza for delivery at college last night and they gave me an eta of '45 minutes' when my order was placed at 11:50pm. So 12:35am came and went and there was still no sign of pizza, after proceeding to call them again they told us it 'hadn't even left the shop yet' and that they were on their way! So 1:10am came and finally our pizza had arrived (taking a ridiculous 35 minutes to drive 3.9km as stated by google maps). At this point I was hangry and over this whole pizza ordeal. When I gave $50 cash to the driver he claimed he 'didn't have change' meaning I had to source out the right money from other people making it a huge inconvenience for me. The driver then somehow managed to drop the pizza which had already been squished in the car, so the pizza was now ruined and to top it all off, the pizza was below average. Thanks Pepperoni's for ruining pizza for me forever.

really good american style pizza. you can't complain about it being greasy or anything because you should know where you're eating! i had the pepperoni, very tasty. nicely cooked-through dough with the crunchy border. best of all was the lemon meringue pie for dessert - a HUGE slice! deliciously tangy, not at all extremely sweet. nice pick for a quick lunch. also delivery is super punctual!

We tried 3 pizzas at this place. Pepperoni Veggie and Chicken. Good part is one does not need to buy a full.pizza as they sell slices of mix n match. Although this place is coined pepperoni it does not necessarily cater the best italian pizzas. The ambience is average. Lot of space . Good to stop for a quick bite when hungry and lack of time.

My workmates and I are regular customers, usually ordering late at night due to shift work. We ordered a pretty simple order of pasta, chips and a dessert. We placed the order at around 10.30pm, and by 12.00 the order had not arrived. We were told it would be around 40 minutes. We could accept that, maybe they were busy. We called through to find out what had happened and were advised that the delivery guy had already been to the building and tried to call us. No missed calls on the phone. He also advised that the delivery guy had spoken to security and that security had tried to contact us. Not true. Security is not accessible by the public after hours. When we told him this he became very defensive, to the point of basically saying we were lying. His attitude was abrupt, dismissive and bloody rude. When I asked for his name he replied-"why do you need my name? You're a customer". He did not want to reason with us, or hear what we were trying to say.Through all of this, there was no apology, no offers of reimbursement. It's not the point that we didn't get the overpriced, cold food. It's the complete lack of customer service. Never again.

Honestly, the food is pre cooked and sits in the heater at the counter so given it's the only late night pizza shop open in the vicinity, don't expect anything over the top or mouthwatering in terms of quality of the food.<br/><br/>But please if you are going to order multiple slices, for the love of God count the amount of slices that they stuff into one tiny box for you!I ordered 6 slices tonight and was a little shocked at how the ignorant man serving me decided to try and stuff 6 slices into one tiny box which is clearly barely able to fit 3 slices.<br/><br/>Nonetheless I took the box from him and rushed back to work. When I got to work, non surprisingly I found 5 slices in there when I had paid for 6...<br/><br/>Clearly a 6th piece wouldn't have even fit in the box if he tried, but I wasn't prepared to risk being late from break to go back and argue over one slice of pizza.<br/><br/>Overall, poor customer service, I was undercut in terms of the food I paid for and unfairly robbed of a slice of pizza that I paid for.<br/><br/>Would not recommend, and I will not be back.

Fast delivery, sometimes are better than others with the food, good value with low minimum delivery which is convenient when staying in CBD and wanting to get some fast food delivered. Moreover when asked the delivery guy to come upstiars via lift, I was asked to come down to collect the order. Their dessert portions are insanely whopping and don't be surprised if you can't finish a serve in one sitting. And that is where their take away box comes in handy! Also as students, we never felt hassled. You know we are extremely scrappy to start with, so order only the minimum and then sit for hours chit-chatting gnawing at our big ass cake! So bad it's unbelievable.. The pizza was soggy, gross with no flavour what so ever, and not to mention the horribly rude delivery boy who yelled at us for apparently not answering the intercom even though we did, called us demanding we come downstairs, only for us to find him standing outside smoking, pizzas in hand when we did get downstairs and to top it all off he threw the receipt at my partners face. NEVER AGAIN! I for one hope that man is no longer employed and no one else has had that experience.

Burnt pizza cooked from frozen. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. the pizza was black and burnt and was far from fresh and more than likely from a frozen packet. the garlic bread was soggy and undercooked. the delivery took over an hour despite living in the nearby area. the only thing that was fine was the bottle of coke.........................<br/>never ever go here you will regret it and it's like throwing money down the toilet. i hate pepperonis.

The worst!. This is the worst delivery place ever. I ordered a pizza and a cake that took almost two hours to arrive. The pizza was burnt, cold and had no toppings on half of it and the cake wasn't even what I ordered. I called to complain and got passed to three different people! Never again!

One of the worst.... I'm not one to write reviews, but this pizza was that bad I found the energy to write one. Absolutely the worst pizza of my life. Somehow burnt but soggy. Even the box it came in was wet. I imagine this is what a wet sock tastes like. The garlic bread was equally dissappointing. Just completely confused at how someone can ruin such an easy concept.

Why didn't I read Urbanspoon before ordering from here?!? TERRIBLE!! Ordered through EatNow, waited 90 mins before calling (they said it'd be 60) to then wait another 15 mins before food was delivered. Pizza & Garlic bread were obviously cooked at the same time as the order was sent through....1h45m it was disgusting. Cold, soggy, and not worth the phone call to ask for our money back, we'll just add to the commentary here and say don't ever order from here ever!!!!!

Worst.. We've ordered to the office a few times, and every time the base of the pizza box has been sodden and the pizza not fully cooked. <br/>Last night was the last time. We ordered drinks with our food, and were sent something totally different from what we ordered. The driver said we would have been called - we hadn't been, so he called the restaurant. <br/>The supervisor, Ashani, said she'd been too busy to call and ask if it was ok to swap them for something else. She did offer to send something else as a replacement, which she said would take between 20-30 minutes. When you've ordered drinks to have with your rapidly cooling food, that's not much help. So we asked for a refund on the drinks. 3 business days, apparently.

Worst meal ever - do not waste your money here. One of the worst meals I have ever had. Waited 1 hr 15 min for delivery, pizza was soggy with no flavour at all - added salt just to swallow a few bites. "BBQ Ribs" are NOT RIBS - they are some kind of fatty chops which are definitely not ribs. Should have read reviews before ordering. Don't waste your money.

Wow. I don't even know where to start. Ordered pasta and pizza on Friday night at 7pm. 810pm it still wasn't delivered so called just to check if the address was right as I ordered on menulog. Was told they just left and will be 10 mins. 30 mins later still not delivered so called again and was told they cannot contact the driver and to calm down (I wasn't even yelling). Then tried to guilt trip me in saying he might be in an accident. Waited another 10 mins and no food still so called back to get some italian guy who kept putting the phone down to talk to his "supervisor". Basically at this point super pissed and said we will not pay a cent and don't want the food and then he hung up on me!! Called back to speak to the supervisor and got told that the guy that hung up isn't supposed to take calls... so that makes everything ok. I told them I don't want their food. Of course 5 mins after that the food arrived but I turned the delivery guy away as there was no way in hell I would pay. He buzzed again a minute later saying the food was now free. I went down to get it and he showed me his phone and that they didnt attempt to call him and that he left at 850pm. We got our food 2 hours later and it was rubbish. Never get delivery or support a place like this.

Why the hate?. I don't see why everyone is giving these guys so much hate on the website. My girlfriend and I constantly go there for lunch when we are in the city. The staff are nice to us and are considerate when we ask about vegan options for my girlfriend. The food we have had every time we go there tastes good and the value for food is even better. There are places in the city where $4.90 would pay for half a slice of pizza that doesn't even taste good. Here I get 3 pieces of pizza which tastes very good. Now I'm fussy about my pizza so for me to be saying these guys do good pizza, it's a big thing. Some of you need to realise that the workers here are people too. If you treat staff like crap, don't be surprised if they treat you the same way.

3 or 4 pizzas wrong. GF was not correct after explaining when ordered risk to health of customer. Repeated full order to ensure correct. Then other guest got GF that was not ordered & unable to be eaten. Another pizza was delivered that was not ordered. Chicken macadamia was dry & burnt. Lemon sauce fish was tough. Would never recommend. Had been given a voucher to celebrate birthday. Restuarant was not busy when we arrived & slow service.

I ordered a pizza online to be delivered. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and phoned pepperonis who advised they had an issue with the delivery driver and it shouldn't be too much longer. Another hour passed and I phoned pepperonis again who told me they had no order for me. I checked my account and I had been charged twice! I called them again and they, again, told me they had no order and 'couldn't deliver food for free'!! No apology, no help with sorting out the issue! They hung up on me 4 times when I was asking why I had been charged twice and did not receive my order despite being charged and waiting 3 hours for delivery! I then found out that they use menulog and I had to sort out the issue with menulog. After a week of relentlessly phoning menulog I finally got my money back! The staff at pepperonis are an absolute disgrace! I will never order from them again! Its not even good pizza let alone good service!

Weirdly aggressive staff. Came here one day and ordered the sticky date pudding with icecream. Got 3 small scoops of icecream. Tasted good but not enough icecream. Came back short time later with family and paid for extra icecream. Only trouble was I got the same 3 small scoops of icecream but charged extra. Complained to the guy and he made a massive argument about it, insisting that he had given me extra icecream than usual to the point where I just demanded my money back. The staff here obviously don't give a damn about customer satisfaction (he actually seemed to enjoy arguing) . This was a few years ago now but I still tell people about the shocking attitude I experienced here when trying to take my family somewhere I thought they would enjoy.

Good value and yummy. I am surprised with all the bad reviews. We had three pizzas and they were beautiful! Good price, fast service and nice feel to the place. It was very popular and people there were having a great time.

Horrible Service. I would never ever recommend any one here. Pizza is so bad that you will surely end up bad stomach. Service is very poor. Food taste is never consistent, always different and surprise taste when ordered same dish. Disappointed, waste of money and time.

Never again. I work in a Hotel. Guests ask me all the time about getting pizza delivered. I ordered the other night just after 0200 and was forced to order more than $20 worth of food. Min order, fair enough. I asked if they could just charge me $20.00. NO! I orded the souther style chicken strips. (clearly from someone who has never been to souther USA) they were hard and disgusting, clearly not from that day. the pizza, the pepperoni was awful. imagine that, they named the place after it and its terrible. hardly any pepperoni or chesse. <br/><br/>so the best part, the a guest has just ordered pizza and got one pizza delivered for less than $20.00 - the driver told me that "the supervisor on that night is like that" "i should ring the manager to complain" fair enough again, he'd the driver, not his problem. <br/><br/>so manager. your supervisors and cooks are shocking. <br/>to those that are reading this, they are open 24/7. they'll never cease becasue of this. however, they'll never have a repeat customer. the food is not worth it. find a 7-11 and warm up a pie. you'll be less dissapointed.

Full disclosure. I was hungover and didn't want to leave the house. Apparently this is the only daytime delivery. How can you make such simple food taste so bad? Cover it in cheese and random sauce and hope no one notices. Thank you Pepperonis, I will never drink again just in case I ever get hungover and become desperate enough to order your terrible treats

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!. Never will i order from this place again...i dont know how they remain open with the terrible food and shocking customer service they provide. We received our delivery over an hour late, only to recieve half our order, and the food we did recieive was completely wrong! I rang the store to inquire about the order only to cop an aggressive and rude supervisor insisting we pay for the delivery despite the error THEY made. I refused to pay. Just to top it off, we recieved a pollo mushroom gnocchi in which we did not order because we are allergic! however the supervisor didnt seem to care how he almost copped a law suit out of this! NEVER ORDER FROM PEPPERONIS!! The chicken in the pasta didnt even look like chicken!!!

Walked past this place a million times. Finally thought of trying it. So I order a kebab which was not wrapped in Turkish bread... I open it up and yes I know kebabs are greasy but this was filth. The grease was so disgusting but I ate an kept quiet. A few bites later and I discover raw and uncooked chicken. I seriously was about to puke... Even the chips were cold and soggy. I never complain about food but I don't understand how this place hasn't been shut down yet... As a a resident of Melbourne I seriously feel ashamed, what would others say? :/

Will never return. Over an hour after I placed the order, I called Pepperoni's to check the status of my order. He told me the delivery guy was just on his way but continued to rant about how i shouldn't use menu log and cursed them over the phone. I chose to ignore and our order arrived ten minutes later. However only half our order was delivered and our Pizza was under-cooked and cold. Very disappointing. It then took a further hour before we received the rest of our order. I understand its a pizza joint and always very busy but as a paying customer I would like to eat my dishes at the same time. Customer service shocking, supervisor talked over me on the phone and threw the blame on the driver. Spoiled my night and the biggest waste of money.

I have ordered from this place for many many years. It used to be a standard for a city uni student pulling all nighters. In the last year it has been utterly horrible. 2 hour delivery and no apology for 1 pizza ordered at 10pm. Obviously cold. I have always tried to defend this place but after three awful meals and delivery I am over it. Stock a frozen pizza in your freezer instead of bothering with this place.

Never arrived and lying staff. So ordered pizza at 2302, waited 40min, received call from delivery driver confirming details of address. Instructed driver how to get to front door, no issues there it happens. <br/>Another 37min no pizza, call Pepperoni's staff argue about delivery address saying we got it wrong. After just letting it go we asked where our pizza was. He said it will be another 20min as the driver hasn't left yet. <br/>We queried why we received a call from a driver earlier, we were told we were mistaken. <br/>Long story short, pizza never arrived. Made toasted cheese and ham sandwiches instead and tasted 1000 times better then any offering from Pepperoni's. <br/>Moral of the story... Make your own or go to another pizza place.
