On Fridays they have $8 falafel wrap (usual price: $11) and I absolutely loveeeeee the falafel. The vegetarian portions were delicious and you could ask to add chilli too. Very good vegetarian option for lunch.

We were huge group of people
From work who were just looking for a place for lunch. Tahini has a lot of seating area and were able to fit us all on one table, which we shared with another group of people. It was a communal setting. We were able to order a long list of sharing items from their menu and it was lovely to see they had options for all dietary requirements. We sat and ate together as a family, which I assume is their whole idea, and is beautiful. It’s a feast! My favourite dishes were halloumi and the grilled vegetables. Loved this spread

Split The Bill

Chips and kebab with chicken
Meal combo with marinated chicken kebab and taboulli salad chips was a massive serve.
For only $16 this was a generous serving of chips 😊. Service was a little slow to order but the food did come quickly once ordered.

Espy Eats

I’m so glad that the queues were quiet today as it seems every time I have intended to grab lunch here I’ve had to rethink due to what looks like crazy waiting times. This diner restaurant has a unique feel about it and doesn’t feel like it’s part of a chain (I actually haven’t checked that it is).

I have a lamb craving today so went with the lamb shawarma wrap which included lamb shoulder skewers, tahini, parsley. It was quite e a fresh tasting wrap with all the parsley onions etc. it tasted good and healthy too and I enjoyed the lamb cubes and softness of the wrap. For an additional $6 I could have added this wrap to a plate with chips, salad and dips.
