I ordered six precise poke bowls via Uber Eats. Although the delivery took 1.5 hours from only a few km away, this was the least of my concern.
1. None of the six meals were accurate and several paid for extras were NOT included.
2. The presentation was terrible (leaky upside down bowls and ripped delivery bags.)
3. No phone numbers to discuss issue so posting to social media.
I will NEVER order from this place again!
Customers beware! Simply put: Disgraceful!

Uber eats allows order, confirms order, and then delivery gets cancelled after 10 mins and now says unavailable while still open. Unacceptable. Lost my buisness forever. Be better.

This place somehow got worse, dropping from 2 stars to just 1, quality stayed the same (below average), portions smaller and same cost. My friend got their new soup dish, and was given a fork to eat it with!

We ate there after school and experienced very lovely customer service. They offered us student discounts without us asking and the food was good and portions were generous.

The girl was incredibly unprepared with the popular toppings e.g. edamame, avocado, zucchini...
She loaded up on the cheap stuff and stinjed on scooping the proteins when I asked for a second one.
She opened and refilled tubs in front of us instead of taking them into the back and refilling them back there.
South Yarra is 100% more prepared and better than Hawthorn. Will never return.

Good flavour. Service can be a bit slow as they tend to only have two staff during the lunch rush hour, and even slower if there are delivery orders.

all I can say is this healthy thingy mebob is too over rated!! You have to know what ur getting!! I had no clue! I knew what I liked but it did not necessarily meant that it went well together as a combo!
The steps are not that helpful neither was the back packer chick who served me! Just looks of frustration from her as she waits for me to decide. Several times I said “uh sorry I have no idea!! What goes well together?” Her response? she repeats what’s available in front of me!!! grrrrrrrr um very “helpful” NOT!!!!
As the queue builds behind me I say to the girl next to me you better go first I have no idea. She declines as she is also a numbnut like me!
Anyway I just chose whatever!! and the kimchi ginger kinwa? salmon seaweed green beans and some other “poop” was yeah how should I say it tasted “vunderfullllll”!!’
If only they had suggestions for mixed combos! I think I need to join tree huggers to come back to this joint!
