I don’t usually go for Indian or Pakistani food, but my family really wanted to eat here, and oh boy, it was beyond delicious! If ever in the mood for rich, spicy flavours, I’d highly recommend this place for the food, not so much the ambience, so maybe grab a takeaway? ;)
The food quality and taste is very good. Service is good as well. They however can improve on cleanliness and environment.
I have been to all ends of Melbourne to find a good kebab place and it turned out to be close to home. This place has the best Reshmi Kebab in Melbourne...just fantastic. We also ordered the paneer tikka which was great too. Been there a few times already and will be going again soon!
Authentic Pakistani curries and beautiful tandoor kababs. Staff are friendly but due to short of staff members, they struggle on busy days. Cleanliness and ambience are the areas to improve. Prices are reasonable.

I have heard really good reviews about Bar B Q Lounge from friends and their Instagram stories. Paya is a dish that I have grown up with and would happily eat it for any meal but then when you know dish so well you set high bars on how it should taste. It was mainly for the Paya I had to visit this place. If you are ever looking for a heartwarming delicious Paya this is where you should be going. Generous portion and the right amount of spices.
We ordered Malai Tikka Paratha roll, Lahori Choley, Goat Paya, Sarson Da Saag, Tandoori Roti, Garlic Naan and Mango Lassi. Everything on the table tasted delicious and perfectly balanced. My absolute favourites where Paya and Saag, on saying that I can't deny but loved everything we ordered. They tasted pretty authentic, unlike few other places where they overload the curries with spices. Didn't get a chance to try any of their sizzling tikka's this time.
There was just one guy looking after everyone and he was polite and very helpful regardless of how busy it was. In short a place, I will keep going back to, its pretty much my new favourite place.
I often enjoy crossing cultural lines, particularly when it comes to fine dining, a healthy lifestyle and foods which eventually delivers on its promise to be "Halal". You should find the time to make your way to BBQ Lounge. I ENJOYED IT.

Ordered on Uber Eats. This place is much better than their rating suggests! If you're in the mood for straightforward, tandoor-style smoky meat, this is the place.
It's very much a meat and rice type experience, nothing fancy, but the food is great and no-nonsense. I definitely recommend the special mix BBQ platter if you want to try it all!
