I'm an American who loves Hispanic food, and I never thought I'd be saying this about a Latin American restaurant, but the food was terribly bland. Both the chicken and the chorizo were mushy and completely flavorless (seriously, how do you mess up chorizo), the arepas weren't toasted enough, all the food was cold, the salsa was what you scoop out of a leftover jar that's been in the back of the fridge for a year. Service was slow and the menu is unclear, the serving sizes are misleading...I could go on and on. Furthermore, it was terribly expensive considering the unedible mess they put on your plate. The only thing that kept me from leaving without paying for such horrible food was my girlfriend, who is far too nice for her own good sometimes.
