My first dine out in Australia.
Was house hunting in Hawthorn and ended up heading to this joint for a quick bite. The place was pretty busy around noon, which is why I chose to go in.
Tried a Tenderloin Tempter burger while a friend had a Chicken Roll. Loved the burger, was pretty juicy, but the roll seemed a bit bland.
Nonetheless a decent start to my food journey down under.
Moist, juicy, fresh chicken and chips. Flavoursome gravy and all for an affordable price! Will be back again soon to try their burger selection on hump day for complimentary chippies. Thanks guys! Will
The shop offers everyday a different item with special price which is really nice. The chicken breast is slightly dry. The wraps are good. Will be back often
I had a few time lately for may late lunch... overall is good just the chicken is quite dry for me but I like their wrap thooo!! they always have different promotion for each day which I like it ☺️☺️☺️
Just delicious, such a good chicken shop. Burger was amazing with pineapple, egg, bacon, lettuce, tomato and chicken. Chips were great too. Friends salad and meat pack was good. Highly recommended.
Best charcoal chicken shop - fantastic quality and friendly staff/service. Chips are amazing. Great place for a quick lunch. Meals are generous I'm size ensuring you are satisfied.

Really generous servings! We got a large chips, large gravy and 1/2 chicken! The only thing we could fault was that the chicken is a little bland, but works well with the gravy!
I love this place so damn much. It's a shame they don't seem to do delivery. You've got to order the quarter chicken and chips. Letting the chicken sit on the chips soaks it in so well.
Great little spot for a cheeky feed. Good value for money, tasty chicken and chips, got chat from the friendly staff. If we're in the area again, my lady and I will definitely make another visit.
Wow! The best hot chips I’ve had since I can remember. Well seasoned and very crispy! The quarter charcoal chicken was massive in portion and really tender and flavourful. The salad was again big in portion and really fresh and tasty.
That quarter pack I ordered (semi eaten in photo as I couldn’t resist) was massive, could easily feed 2. Awesome value and delicious taste!
I can only speak to the chips they make here and they're really good! Have been twice and the consistency is there. It seems like a popular joint and the other food they have looks amazing. They seemingly care about providing the best they're capable of. I'm only giving it 4 stars because there is a bit of a delay getting food at peak times, but that can be viewed as a positive I suppose!
Came in last week for a half chicken and chips, with a small gravy. Very well priced and good sized serving.. I know it's a weird thing to mention but the container is actually really good quality, as I didn't finish everything it was useful to take home and make sandwiches out of the chicken that was left. Will be in tomorrow for lunch :) A question to the owner, does your daily special change everyday? When I was there last Wednesday it was "Hump Day" and with any burger there was a complimentary side of chips. Will that be the case tomorrow? As that's what I'm wanting to try. Totally delicious, would recommend to anyone. Cheers

They sell chicken. They sell chips. They are good. Salad is also pretty good. Most things on the menu are pretty good. It is what it says on the tin.
