The best brownies in Melbourne 🙌 if you are a brownie lover you need to visit Brazens! They always have a great variety of brownies freshly baked… I think I’ve almost tried them all 🙊 Caroline, George and staff are lovely, oh and the big brown bears are adorable.

Thank you Caroline and the whole Brazen Brownies team! You guys went way above and beyond, going in early to make our Brownie and Gelato cake ready this Saturday arvo when I only put in the order late on Friday evening. My wife and I loved it last year and the Wicked Choc addiction Brownie base with the Pistachio Gelato base has only gotten better this time, I can't wait for the lockdowns to end to visit and have a go at everything else on offer! 😁

I honestly think they put crack in the brownies because they are REALLY GOOD. I came in on Friday morning and they were clearly struggling to get set up because of new staff - but they treated me with kindness and were super lovely. I ended up getting a free brownie (from who I am guessing is the owner) and because of that (and obviously the deliciousness of the brownies) have already recommended a few friends to go by, and will be going back! Definitely a great place and awesome business practices.

Thank you so much Brazen Brownies. You went above and beyond to make sure the combo 1 deal was delivered to my friend during lockdown 6 for her birthday. Much appreciated. My friends tell me that it was delicious and would definitely get this again. The Pistachio icecream was her all time favourite. Thanks again. Good Evening Publicans, Seriously, this place has award winning deserts (well according to me) that will leave you enticed to come back for more for years to come. The brownie slabs (especially the coconut) is delectable and the ice-cream is smooth and flavour elevated. Been ordering from here for a few years and cannot fault the product and welcoming staff. Thank you so much for your amazing service. Bought x2 large gift pack boxes. Both of them were so chuffed. The packages were beautiful (we got excited pictures), delivery time was amazing and the guys were so helpful on the phone when I rang. Box 1 - My colleague had a death in the family and it really brightened her day Box 2 - Our friend and her fiances birthday was this week and they were feeling flat about not seeing anyone (not sure how much he is getting though) Both of them have a gluten free child in the family. My colleague was particularly chuffed that her son could share in the gift as he also can't eat nuts and a lot of the time people use nuts as a substitute. It was truly wonderful to order. Brazen is a pleasant enough little dessert bar located in Station Street Fairfield. There’s a reasonable choice of flavours but nothing that’s currently setting the world on fire. My two flavour cup was comprised of mixed berry and the double chocolate chip. It was ok and decent enough value for $7. Not a bad place at all but light years away from some of the premium places like Pidapipo.

I was not planning to come here, but I was hankering for some Ice cream. And If your feeling the same as me, this Cafe will end this hankering, and completely satisfiy your tastebuds. First off, The service was great. Quick, Polite, Friendly and most Importantly it was Good Service. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff were. Next, There was all the delicious Ice-cream! So many different flavours of not only Ice-cream, but delicious gelato. I was completely confused on which flavours to get. In the end I got One lemon, Mixed Berry and Bubble Gum! It took a while though to decide.<br/><br/>Finally, This Cafe is not only tasty but looks amazing too! Nice wooden tables, black celling, a really nice suttle modern cafe with it's own flare!<br/><br/>I will be telling all my friends to try out this delicious gelato cafe and I will definitely be coming back!😀

Wow! Farfield is not a suburb that I normally visit. It's been so so long. But I had an event to visit on the weekend so off I went. While waiting for my friend to arrive, I wandered around the main street which is called station street and decided I should have an ice cream! Haha! <br/><br/>🔆LOCATION🔆<br/>Brazen Dessert Bar is a very simple set up with a few tables and chairs at the back. They also sell coffee, smoothies and milk shakes. You cant really miss this place because as you walk in there is a life size huge bear propped up against the wall. Haha!<br/><br/>🔆SERVICE🔆<br/>Lovely lady behind the counter, down-to-earth and friendly. Was quite patient and let me test taste 2 flavours before I decide on which to purchase.<br/><br/>🔆MENU/PRICE🔆<br/>Brazen Dessert Bar has very simple menu with only about 16 Gelato flavours to select from.<br/><br/>Gelato<br/>1 scoop, $5.00<br/>2 scoops,$7.00<br/>3 scoops, $8.00<br/><br/>Sprinkle, Nut, Choc, Gluten Free cones are extra 50c<br/>-----<br/>All Smoothies are $8.00<br/>All Shakes are $7.00<br/><br/>🔆VERDICT🔆<br/><br/>Most of the Gelato flavours were quite standard, so there wasnt really anything appealing except for the Coconut Island Brownie which the lady behind the counter said is one of their best selling flavours. So I opt for 1 scoop of that.<br/>I wouldnt say it was mind blowing but for the price, I could easily go elsewhere like Gelateria Primavera. Messsina, and Pidapipó for nicer flavours for similar price.<br/><br/>I could taste the yummy brownie chunks in the gelato and the coconut flavour light and distinct. Thought I thought $5.00 was maybe a bit on the pricer side seeing this Dessert Bar is located in Fairfield.

We were invited to Brazen which was super exciting for me as I absolutely love brownies. This is so much more than a brownie shop though, make no mistake their brownies are delicious but they also housemake exceptional ice cream. We were lucky enough to try their seasonal hot cross bun flavour and it was super yummy.<br/><br/>Today we had a mango smoothie which was made using the mango gelato (which is vegan as I believe all their fruit flavours are), passion fruit gelato and lemon gelato. This was a really refreshing and zingy drink. We also had the mint milkshake and the bold flavour of the mint paired beautiful with the little brownie bite sprinkled on top- did anything ever go better than mint and chocolate?<br/><br/>We also had two brownie sundaes. The first was a hazelnut brownie base with a scoop of snickers ice ice cream and the raspberry gelato on top. The tartness of the raspberry worked perfectly to cut through the sweetness of the rich gooey brownie. <br/><br/>The second sundae had a coconut brownie base with the golden gaytime on top as well as the lemon gelato. I definitely recommend choosing one of the less sweet flavours to pair with the brownie as it complements that intense chocolate hit really well.<br/><br/>You can taste the quality ingredients in all of the flavours. For example it’s obvious there’s real lemons in there, and actual hot cross buns used to infuse the ice cream. The brownies themselves are also perfection. You will probably find yourself standing there devouring all the samples while you make the choice of what delight to order. The good news is I don’t think you can go wrong with whatever you pick!

Last night we were invited to try some of the sweet desserts available at Brazen Dessert Bar. Their Fairfield store was quite busy when we walked in which was a promising sign. Despite being run off their feet staff made us feel welcome and made dessert selection recommendations.<br/><br/>Tonight we tried the chocolate waffles which came with gelato and a choice of chocolate or maple syrup topping... we went the chocolate. We also tried the brownies or which there was quite a selection and I had a peanut butter banana smoothie while KD had a long black. <br/><br/>The waffles were magnificent. We had these with a scoop of cookies and cream and a scoop of the new Easter inspired hot cross bun gelato. Both worked well with the chocolate waffles. <br/><br/>The hot cross bun gelato was something you should definitely try while available especially if you like rum & raisin flavours. So good!<br/><br/>The peanut butter smoothie was also delightful with a reasonably strong peanut butter taste. It’s my go to smoothie at the moment and very on trend. <br/><br/>KDs coffee was a little bitter to her taste... most likely the coffee beans used. <br/><br/>Brazen have recently opened up their second store<br/>in Kew East which must be an exciting addition for the locals there. <br/><br/>Thanks so much for inviting us in.

I haven't visit cafe in Fairfield for a year then some cafe and takeaway shops have gone and some have opened.<br/><br/>This place was newer place when I went.<br/>Staff were very friendly and offered us the sample brownie. It was moist, tasty and soft.<br/>Coffee and Gelato were great.<br/>I will get some brownie next time.

There is nothing remotely brazen about this dessert bar which is such a shame as it could be great. Sadly not a good selection of desserts which was a surprise. Another surprise was the odd decor inside. Whats with the large stuffed brown bear? All in all a disappointment.

With some of the friendliest customer service we have experienced in Melbourne, it is an absolute pleasure to visit Brazen Dessert Bar. It’s a cosy, comfortable place – the gelato is excellent and of course the signature brownies are a real treat.
