Had a great experience here! They book out pretty far in advance but they allow cancellations up to 48 hours before so I kept checking back on the website until an opening popped up. All of the staff were so lovely! The staff made us feel really welcome and helped us take some great photos. Igloos were beautifully decorated and very comfy to lounge in. Loved the food! We did the $49 standard package - highlights were the fried broccoli, mac & cheese croquettes and the vegan ice cream sandwich. My only negative feedback would be that it was A LOT of food. Good value for money but we felt bad that some went to waste, I would have been content with a little less food personally. Definitely recommend checking it out, think of it as the fanciest picnic you'll ever have but you don't have to do any of the work!

I booked igloo ( standard adult package ) ,it costs $50 . The food delicious 😋. It is so much for one adult. staff so active and helpful. The waiters are friendly and helpful. Definitely, I will back again. 😍😍😍

I came here for my 2 year anniversary with my boyfriend and we had the most amazing time! The girl who looked after us (We believe her name was Indi) was so lovely and friendly. The service was flawless, and drinks and food were brought out very quickly. The food was so yum and very filling! The set up and atmosphere was so perfect! I would 100% recommend for anyone to go :)

This event was so much fun! Ice skated for 45 minutes with wonderful views and then had the 3 course meal in an 8 person igloo. The food was delicious and plentiful, we were so full! Highly recommend!

Had a great time at The Winter Village for my birthday this year. The food was amazing. Big shoutout to the olive dip, arancini ball and cheeseburger spring roll, all were delicious. Drinks were good but we weren't in a drinking mood (it was 11am) but did enjoy the espresso Martini. Was good to get out and do something for my birthday and before we got locked down again thanks to Covid. Would recommend going here with some good friends to have a solid catch up.

Brilliant atmosphere, the staff are wonderful, food was great and very filling! Great drink options (love that they have great non alcoholic options) wonderful place for kids too!

We visit this place first time and its was nice experience😊i really can feel winter with ice sketing and igloo, all around was white. Yestarday wasent many people so i can really enjoy. In the restaurant igloo we had a lot of food, even cant finish all. Very friendly staff😊👍 i like this place and very recommend for experience👍
