So I don't really understand the hype? The chicken ribs were fantastic and the pita bread was really nice but it's nothing I'd go back for in a hurry. You can get your corn cobs hot, the server advised us not to as a lot of people complain that the flavour doesn't go, and she was right. We went with hot anyway to try it out and found that the sauce did not pair with the corn whatsoever.
Really wish those halloumi sticks had been crumbed or something because they're super boring on their own. I was expecting something closer to mozzarella sticks đ€·ââïž
Food came out quickly so that was a plus.

My favourite restaurant is Nandos. The food was tasty, grilled tenderloin chicken was juicy and very affordable and the artwork inside the restaurant was beautiful and the service was ok. The negative side was the broken tap I couldn't wash my hand before and after eating so I have to use the comfort Room tap and It was filthy, the toilet area really needs to keep it neat tho.

If you LOVE your food and do not want to ruin your dine out experience, DO NOT head to this restaurant. Especially if you love Nando's in general.
The girls serving me, on this Friday afternoon, were too lazy to wash the plates and they put the dirty ones on the counter and served us with that.
Not a happy customer. Do not waste your money at this restaurant. There are plenty of Choices when you are in Melbourne CBD.
Never going back to such a place where in the days COVID, workers at a food business have such an approach to hygiene.
I think Nando's is losing its touch and focus on Hygiene and customer care comes last and money is top priority, it doesn't matter how they make it.

3rd time I order there, and 3rd time half of the burger was missing, no avocado and no capsicum at all, 3 times in row. I can understand one or two times, but at this point you guys don't care at all about the order and what you serving. The service at Nando's in Flinders st. is much better.

Have been here many times before too good place to have chips and I like their peri peri chips and chicken was tender and tasted good with the sauce and one of my friend ordered bowl of chicken over some rice which was good either and kids ordered chips and chicken wings and their wings tasted good too

Standard Nandos in a busy location. I like that the store is large and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. All the standard sauces are available.<br/><br/>Our go to order is usually a large fries without salt to split b/w three people; and it's a good deal for fries at $5.50 approx.<br/><br/>Service is quick and courteous. Nandos remains the second across the stores. What separates them is the staff and the hygienic level at the store. This one is neatly kept with staff monitoring all the people eating in the outlet like parents.<br/><br/>The food is delicious as stated earlier and outlet doesn't have too many people attracted during Sundays

3.5<br/>Ahhhhhh he says stepping into a familiar restaurant still hungry after a dire lunch nearby left me still hungry. I ordered the Peri Peri Chips and a quarter chicken with mild sauce. I normally go hotter but I needed something I could quickly eat before rushing back to work. Arrived quickly and without cutlery... I always forget that self hep part. Chicken was delicious and the gave me a half chicken instead of a quarter (Bonus). Chips were also reliable and spicy with the peri peri. Better than your average fast food outlet.

A family favourite in our household. It is our go to takeaway joint. We ordered the tear and share with extra pita bread and large fries. Fries were free with this months members barcode - become a nandos member if you can. The chicken here was very plump and juice. Love Nandos.

Appalling!! <br/><br/>Hello.<br/><br/>I went to your Bourke Place restaurant last night with a few friends.<br/><br/>One of my girlfriends got the Classic Burger (as a combo) and I ordered The All In Burger (as a combo).<br/><br/>The buns of our burgers were very stale and absolutely inedible. After we both took a bite, we put them aside and called our server.<br/><br/>She apologised, then she came back with a flyer each for my girlfriend and I and advised us that we can go on your website to submit a feedback.<br/><br/>To say that we were appalled is a severe understatement. <br/><br/>My combo costs around $22 (I can't exactly remember as we all paid together). And, for that price, I couldn't eat my burger.<br/><br/>For your staff to not offer a replacement product, or a refund - I've never experienced this anywhere else. <br/><br/>My girlfriend and I paid for items, which were of substandard quality and all we got was a flyer with a remark to send you an email.<br/><br/>So, I'm sending you the email. All over Australia and elsewhere in the world, this Portuguese fast food is a must try. Chicken cooked grilled and healthy with vicious sides for choices! The choice of sauces also make the experience worthwhile. Take it hot otherwise the chicken becomes stiff and dry. I have always revisited its taste whenever I am near an outlet.

Friendly counter service, nice warm & inviting interior, but the food is very ordinary.  I ordered the Classic Chicken Wrap and was disappointed with the tiny amount salad filling in the wrap, last time i checked ... lettuce & tomato does't cost that much!  The regular chips serving  however could pass for a large size ..i though Nandos was supposed to be a healthier option?  would probably not bother going there again sorry guys!

We chose Nando's as no outlets in Indonesia, even I dont really love the food. The chicken is too dry for me, but my hubby likes the food here.

I'm ashamed to even note that I've been here. $20 for a Thigh Slaw Pita meal, which I thought would be a slightly healthier option. $20 for chips, a Coke and a pita full of coleslaw. Two fatty pieces of chicken accompanied the onslaught of buy-in-bulk-slaw. Just reaffirms why you should enter with caution, these houses of false promises!! I've given an extra rating for the chips and even still it's only 1.5. I've only myself to blame.

This is probably the best Nandos outlet in Melbourne.<br/>Staff are mega friendly and it is always busy, so it has a great vibe. <br/>Also, they add the perfect amount of sauce to their dishes. <br/>I find the paellas from other Nandos to be a bit dry. <br/>Safe to say I go here a lot when I am lazy and just want a quick feed.

Excellent example. Can't believe the like rating is so low of this Nando's outlet. This is the Nando's that made me like (now, love) Nando's again. Every single time I have visited (5+ occasions - it is temptingly very close to work) the service has been extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. One time I visited with friends who had a baby - there are very few eateries in the local area that have a high chair you can use - nothing was too much trouble and they accommodated us comfortably without disturbing the other diners. The fact that this place is packed every single lunchtime (especially Fridays - recommend you book a table ahead of time) says something about the popularity of this outlet. It's nice and clean and has outdoor shaded seating which is very pleasant on a nice day. The chips are consistently great. My favourite would be the Churrasco BBQ Thigh Pieces - nice and lean, tender and juicy. With hot sauce as well. <br/><br/>I hope to see the ratings improved on this outlet - it's definitely worth a visit.

Boring chips and is too expensive, has .... This franchise is too expensive for what it is, has poorly seasoned and cooked chips and bad vegetarian burgers/ pita.<br/>Vegie burger tastes like bubble and squeak. I avoid this chain at all costs.
