Came here close to lunch time and was lucky enough to get a seat. Had the smashed avo and the chicken burger. The smashed avo is great, good even without the poached egg. The portion for the chicken burger is a little small, when I come back next time, I would try the sandwiches or toasties instead. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Would come back :)
Service here is always with a smile from both the staff serving you & the barista & very fast. Coffee is delicious & they have a great range of sandwiches, rolls, cakes & snacks, also all reasonably priced for the CBD.
Ordered a chicken schnitzel with chips and coleslaw with a mocha. Everything was as expected and tasted nice and filling. Enjoyed my food thank you.
Good coffee- smooth, strong and rich. There is plenty of seating and being in a small laneway, it’s ideal for private meetings.
Can't resist a scrambled egg and bacon ciabatta roll. The bread is so crispy and compact. The coffees are great with a great range of coffees and cafe foods.
Found on eatclub, this cafe is tucked away in a side lane off Collins st. First impression is this place is popular with all the office workers around. Table service is available and the staff are all friendly and welcoming.

Tried this breakky joint that was located in a small alley.. the coffee here was nice and strong.. we shared a Pulled Pork Egg Benedict the portions were pretty big and could be easily shared amongst 2.. it wasn’t too busy in the morning which was nice and the wait staff was friendly too..
A humble little cafe quietly located down a laneway. I love the warm and welcoming vibe here, and the staff are the kindest!
I came for brunch with a group of foodie friends and we ordered a dish each, including a Matcha & Coconut Chia Pudding to share. The chia pudding was so delicious - very light and refreshing, and a substantial amount too! I had the Moroccan Lamb Salad (on special) which was also pretty nice - loved the pomegranates which gave a really lovely burst of sweetness and tartness! The lamb itself was cooked well and there was a good portion of it, along with a variety of other fresh vegetables and chickpeas. A delicious, filling, and healthy meal!
Cafenatics definitely exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend stopping by some time!
Great place to grab breakfast and lunch! They’re quick and convenient to get to.
Ordered scrambled egg with mushrooms on sourdough- good flavours!

Cafenatics is a great place for coffee or a meal
The people here are friendly and professional.
Had their porridge and coffee this morning. The coffee is always great. The porridge is my first here, and it’s amazing. And a huge portion too.
They are finally getting busier after Covid lockdowns which is great to see. But doesn’t matter how busy, they always give great service.
It’s one of my “go to” cafes in the city
Cozy place tucked in a lane right opposite to Intercontinental.
Just like name they do amazing coffee, we had regular and almond flat white with a sandwich & cheese toastie. Plus super friendly barista :)
I’d say beautiful spot for a quick breakfast.
Sometimes you just need to keep it simple.
Amazing coffee... Quick, simple and tasty food... What more could you ask for when you're on your way to work or meeting for a quick coffee? This cute little cafe has it all.
The avo toast is my favourite but the rest of the menu won't disappoint. This place is quickly becoming my regular when I visit Melbourne for work.

Decent seating options for a quiet lunch, good menu with plenty of sub$20 options which isn’t easy to find in CBD at a restaurant.
Hands down best coffee in Melbourne. Consistent delicious coffee everytime, friendly efficient service and warm inviting atmosphere. Love their food too.
Great place, and one of the best coffees I had. I get my everyday coffee from there and staff are friendly too.
