chicken is good! But only one worker on at noon on a week day! Waited a while for my food, and the poor worker was running as fast as he could!
Had food delivered from this place for the first time today. They have some interesting toppings on their burgers like spam (which, though unhealthy, tastes pretty good in a burger). Prices were average for burgers, and servings generous. The burger was very tall. The wrap was filled with chicken and tasted quite good. The burger brioche bun was a bit thick and dry, but not many places do great buns to be honest. Chicken was quite crispy and reasonably moist. The sweet potato fries were pretty good, a little soggy but that could have been due to the delivery. The fries look the same as those from several other burger places we've eaten from though, probably frozen fries from McCains? We didn't mind them regardless.
Would consider ordering again to try out other burgers they have.

I don't eat beef, but the chicken burgers are amazing! I had the Elvis shake and it was absolutely perfect. Burgers are put together extremely well and are a generous size for the price. Oh! And their chips were beautifully cooked!
Tried KooKoo and Ban Me, between my wife and I, with chips and chilli chips as sides. Big portion size and great tasting burgers! Bun was soft and firm, holding together all in. Chips were crisp and fresh. They provide gloves to hold the burger - Nice touch!

We brought a voucher online 2 burgers 2 small fries and 2 can of soft drinks for 18 dollars.
The first day I go there the male staff are very friendly and polite. Welcome us with a smile but they are out of chicken so we decide to try again tomorrow because I don't eat beef.
The next day i get another 3 friends to go with me because the price are too attractive. But this time the other female staff that serve us really rude.
Definitely will go back again for their excellent food but if the same person serve me again, I will turn around and walk away.
Environment : Good! Looks very new, clean and tidy.
Food : excellent! ( H5N1 ) fried chicken burger love it!
Price : excellent! Price with the voucher. You can't get it anywhere else.
Service : I don't give any comment here for their service because they are 2 different staff and 2 different service.

Went back again just to check today again amazing experience everything about this joint.screams quality, The wife had the chicken burger this time can't remember the name but wow! Crispy juicy and full of flavor! Honestly go try them.
We went to this place last week, the waitress was very friendly and we tried their chilli chips it was delicious! The burger was not bad but not that so special. However we might comeback to get their chilli chips tho, yum!
I brought random coupon from groupon for burger and ended at this place. This location in south melbourne. Good hosts. Burgers were delicious and chips were awsum. Good service. Nice and clean and pleasant ambience. Will definetly be back here.
Only one thing - sauce in burger was way too liquidy and so was dropping from burgers like water.
Liked the concept, they give you gloves to eat and save your hands from getting messed up with sauce n all.

I wouldn’t label myself a “burger connoisseur” but I do have my fair share of burgers around Melbourne and places. Personally, the burgers and sides of chips/onion rings at KooKoo were thoroughly enjoyed and savoured. The KooKoo comes with a fried chicken fillet and spam, ahhh glorious spam - what a brilliant idea. Size C is a meat lover’s haven with double everything. To top it all up, disposable gloves are provided so that you leave the place with dry non-sticky clean hands. What is there not to love about this place?
Loved the Koo Koo burger. The fried chicken pattie was perfection and the addition of spam was extra. The onion rings were also very delicious. Be careful though, they are super fresh from the fryer and will burn you. Definitely will return.
